Austin's P.O.V

School dragged on, until finally Friday came. The party started at eight thirty and the boys and my Mom were getting everything ready.  Of course, my Mom wasn't staying for the party and was actually leaving a few minutes later. She thought this was a wonderful gesture for Callin's return and was the best way to make her feel at home.

"Austin, remember what I told you. Lock my bedroom door; I don't want anyone doing anything in my bedroom. Make sure nobody breaks anything or you will be in big trouble, mister!" Mom warned me.

"I know, Mom, I will make sure everything is under control..." I said, rolling my eyes.

Mom pressed her lips together and smiled before rummaging through her purse and handing me a disk.

"Your demo has been sent back, the record label likes you and want you to go over to Miami. I have said that you can go over during the Summer break and stay for as long as you need, I am so proud of you!" She said, pulling me into a tight hug.

I couldn't process what she had just said. The label liked me and wanted to sign me?  I couldn't stop grinning as all of the boys pulled me into hugs and congratulated me. I couldn't process what had actually just happened. Before school had started I had gone to Miami as a record label had seen my online covers and wanted me to perform. After I performed they sent me home, asking me to write a song and send it to them so they could make a demo.

"I can't believe my Austin is going to be a big star, I'm so proud!" Mom cried. "He would be so proud..."

My Mom burst into floods of tears. I pulled her into a tight hug. "I know...

After Mom recovered and wiped away the last of her tears, she gave me a small smile. "I better get going and leave you all to it, remember what I told you Austin..."

"I know Mom!" I whined.

She said goodbye to the rest of the boys and was finally on her way. After the boys and I set up the drink in the kitchen, I put on some music Robert had selected for tonight. 

"Guys, I don't want you to tell anyone about the record deal or Miami, I want my last few months at school to be normal and for no one to use me..." I admitted.

"Not even Kim?" Robert asked.

Without hesitation I replied, "Not even Kim."

I did love Kim, but if she found out then she would ask for even more shout outs than usual. I had loads of followers on Twitter because they liked my music. I called my fans my 'Mahomies', they are a very loyal fan base and I love meeting them at the weekends. 

"Alright foolish four, we have a party to set up for!" I reminded them because we had gone a little off subject.

"Oh yeah!" Robert and Zach said in unison.

They went off to get more cups from Alex's car. Once they had gone, Alex looked up at me awkwardly. "Tonight is going to be so long, I have to make sure Callin doesn't drink too much..."

I cut him off. "Dude, calm down, you enjoy yourself and I'll keep my eye on her."

Alex had been putting himself under lots of stress lately and I just wanted him to let loose and have some fun. He was also acting as if Callin was a two year old. I think she's probably matured a teeny bit since the last time she partied in Texas.
