Callin's P.O.V

Luce grinned as she cut out a picture of Kim she had printed off her Facebook page online. She then pinned it to the wall and drew devil horns on her blonde hair. She picked up a ruler from the floor with bits of card she had written on, she had worked hard on this little project. If only she put this much effort into her school work.

"To take down the she-devil," she pointed the ruler to the picture of Kim on the wall "We have to find out Kim's most embarrassing or ugly secret and spread it around the school, like she did about you being a virgin..."

I stiffened at the memory and squeezed the memory of boys laughing at me out of my head. Luce must have realised that the memory upset me because she came and sat next to me and put her arm around me.

"This is why we are doing this, she deserves to be punished for what she did." Luce whispered "Then you enter the End of Year Dance Pageant and you take the crown and turn up at the Summer Dance as prom queen. She has probably wanted to be queen since  Kindergarten..."

"How am I meant to win a beauty pageant against Kim? She is so 'beautiful' and popular." I scoffed.

"She may be popular, but so are you Callin. I don't know if you realise this, but you are a legend to our school and whenever you're around you always cause chaos, and who can forget when you broke Ian's nose?" Luce smirked.

I shrugged my shoulders and let Luce carry on, maybe I could beat Kim...

"The last step to my plan is we take away her 'man'. We make Austin break up with her. This is mostly where you come in, you might hate me for saying this but you have to make Austin fall in love with you."

I froze. I had to make Austin fall in love with me? How was I going to get Austin to fall in love with me? He had already set the bar pretty high with Kim, so surely I couldn't compete for Austin with her.

"How am I supposed to do that, Luce?" I snapped.

Luce grinned "You use that Callin charm that you always used to win everyone over with."

I rolled my eyes. People said that I could charm my way through every situation, just because I could get into clubs and get a drink at the bar without having to swipe out a fake ID.

"I guess there is no harm in trying, I guess, especially if it means it ruins Kim." I said thoughtfully.

Luce nodded her head and sat down on her bed next to me and looked at me in the eye. "Just don't fall for him, Callin, he is like Ian. He will break your heart."

Before I could deny that I would ever start getting feelings towards Austin, the doorbell went off, our pizza must be here. When Luce answered the door and got told the price of the pizza she started searching for money. I could tell she had started to panic because she couldn't find any. I quickly gave the pizza man a few notes and told him to keep the change and he was on his way.

"Let me guess, she's taken all of the savings and gone out to the bar again?" I asked

Luce nodded her head and started chewing her thumb. "She never comes home at night, and when she does, she's drunk out of her mind and throws things around the house. Then she breaks down about how we don't have any money when it's all her fault."

Luce refuses to cry. She is like me and doesn't like to let her emotions show, but I could tell that this definitely bothered her.

"Luce, listen to me. When she comes home like that, you get out of the house and you come to Alex's. He always tells me that if you need anything, he or any of the boys can help you." I said softly.

Luce gave me me a quick hug. "You are all such good friends to me... come on, let's eat."

When Luce passed me my plate I pushed it away suddenly, not wanting to eat. I could tell Luce was tired because she kept on yawning, but I was wide awake and just wanted to go for a run.

"Callin, eat it, you're not going to get fat over a slice of pizza." Luce said sarcastically.

I knew this would end up escalating into an argument, so I picked up my phone and walked towards the door.

"Alex will be wondering where I am, I will text you when I get home." I gave Luce a small smile before walking out of her bedroom.

When I got home, Alex was already on his phone on Twitter, listening to someone singing a cover of a song. I usually hated it when people made covers of songs but this boy was actually quite good.

"It's quite good." I said, putting my bag on the floor and flopping onto my bed.

"What?" Alex asked, confused.

"I said the cover of that song is good." I said clearly.

Alex started laughing. I raised my eyebrow, not seeing what was so funny.

"What's so funny, I don't get it." I mumbled.

When Alex didn't stop laughing I threw my pillow at him "Tell me!"

Alex turned his phone around showing non other than Austin Mahone singing on the screen.

Austin's P.O.V

"How come you're throwing her a party!" Kim said in disgust.

She didn't approve of me being friends with Callin, or even speaking to her. We were currently sat in the Olive Garden eating our meal, my pizza and Kim's salad.

"Because she is my best friends cousin, of course I'm always going to be around her," I admitted. "But she doesn't mean anything to me..."

Kim took my hand. "I know, who could ever fall for that bitch... but you have to throw me a birthday party and sing a song to me."

Kim could be very demanding at times, but I got used to her asking for things all the time and learned to say yes to save an argument. I gave her a quick smile and took the last bite out of my pizza. Kim ate the rest of her salad. Her phone bleeped and in her purse, she grinned down at her phone before she began texting the idiot that interrupted our date.

"Who is that?" I asked.

Without looking up from her phone, Kim replied, "No one, babe."

I could tell she was lying because of the smirk plastered on her face. I threw a few notes on the table and stood up. She was too busy on her phone to notice that it was time to leave.

"Kim, come on..." She put her phone in her purse and followed me out of the restaurant.

When we got into my car she moved my face so I was facing her. "Hey, don't be angry at me... let's go back to mine so we can watch a film."

With that perfect smile on her face I couldn't say no, I nodded my head and gave her quick peck on the lips before I began to drive back to Kim's.
