*Yumi's point of view*
Future ——————
Age 25—"Sanna—are you finish?"
"Almost— and—done!" Sanna replied closing the viewfinder of the camera.
"Well—that's a long interview for one episode," I said yawning
"Well yeah it's at least an hour-long for each episode" Sanna replied packing her camera and tripod back into place.
"Why don't you stay over tonight? It's pretty late" I suggested
I looked outside the window and notice the first snowfall. The ground was covered in white ice and the trees were naked branches slowly piling up snow.
"It's also so cold outside..just stay for the night" I added pleading with her
"Fine—but let me sleep in your room and kick your husband out!" She snorted
Now that I think about it— Sanna looked the same since our high school days. She kept her short blond hair, and light makeup. She had clear skin and no wrinkles. She barely aged. She still got the model figure even after giving birth to twins.
But she did change. Her personality. I love it more.
"It's snowing!!" Sanna exclaimed
"This brings back old memories—remember our first snowfall together?" Sanna asked
I gave her a smile. "Who'll forget?"
*Past*
Yumi 17——-
(Winter season)I can't believe it has been months since I moved to the countryside. I didn't know I would get used to it so quickly.
The people. The surroundings. My new house. I accepted it all. I liked it much better.
I entered the classroom earlier than usual. I changed my outdoor shoes into my indoor ones. I kept my scarf on to keep warm.
I opened the classroom door. I saw Jun sitting alone in his desk—he waved at me.
"You're here early Yumi," Jun asked playing with his pen.
I came closer to him and sat on my desk—
"Ye—I figured the bus will be late due to the snow, so I decided to take the early bus," I replied
Jun looked at me in the eyes. He seemed different than usual.
I noticed he trimmed his hair a bit— you could see his eyes much better. He had a nice facial structure, his nose was pointed and he had nice clear skin.
He looked like a boy who came out of a comic book. He got the looks.
"Is that your siblings?" I asked as I stared at his phone wallpaper
His wallpaper was him and four kids surrounding him. Two of the kids seemed to be twin girls—they looked adorable. The other two looked like Jun, they were both young boys about 7 and 10.
"Ah—yes these are my four siblings—they are so cheeky," Jun replied happily,
he seemed to enjoy talking about his siblings. He acted as if he was the father of them."I've always wanted a sibling—since I'm an only child I get bored easily...." I said coming out.
I wanted to get to know Jun a bit more. And for some reason, I wanted to open up to him.
I trusted him as a friend.
"Really!! Your an only child—well— have my siblings will ya!" He said jokingly
"My parents are usually very busy at work to feed our big family—so I've always been taking care of my siblings since they were born. I come from a middle-class family—so I'm not rich or poor—you know just in the middle...." Jun said melancholy staring at his phone wallpaper
"How about you Yumi? He asked
"Me?—-um—-nothing...I'm not interested at all..." I replied as I wanted to comfort him
"You must be a cool brother to have—you seem so sweet—-I'm sure your parents are glad they have a son like you—.."
Jun stared at me smiling. He had an eye smile, every time he smiled his eyes smile with him too. He shrugged.
"I'm glad I told you this! Now that Chan and Sanna knows—you know it too!"
