Chapter 58

As I expected, a few days had passed and Rukia had attended Karakura High too. Not, only that. I had sensed that Chad, Orihime and Uryu have their abilities too.

Grimmjow on the other hand, he seemed worried. He had to be more cautious now when he fights Hollows who go near me.

"Blossom!" Orihime yelled.

I turned around and saw her running towards me.

"Orihime, hi." I said.

She caught and tried to catch her breath. "Whooo! I was wondering what you were doing after school. I wanted to invite you to go to my house. Ichigo, Chad, Tatsuki and the others are going to be there! Oh, you can even bring Grimm-"

"Orihime, thank you for the invite. Really. But, I really shouldn't." I told her.

She pouts and crossed her arms. "Please, Blossom? I really wish we can be good friends. I want to get to know you more."

I looked out the window and saw Grimmjow playing soccer at P.E. He was against Ichigo's team.

"I guess... I'll be on a maybe." I said.

Why is it that I changed my fate? But, I ended up slowly befriending them. I tried so hard to prevent this.

Orihime gave me a warm smile. "I do wish you would go. Oh, Uryu said he was going to the store to buy more needles and threads before he shows up."

My eyes widened upon hearing that.

Then, that means... Today is the day. The day that Rukia will go back to the Soul Society by force. Not soon will I meet Aizen again.

"You alright?" Orihime asked.

I nod my head and clenched my fists before running off.

Orihime frowned. "Blossom..."

School had ended, Grimmjow and I were already at home. I was sitting on the table looking at the time. It was almost time.

Grimmjow was already asleep and he was snoring lightly.

I decided to head out to the area, the area that he appeared.

Not soon did it start to rain.

Running as fast as I can, I ran to a corner and saw them.

"Rukia..." Ichigo said.

He was on the ground. Bleeding.

"Big brother, stop...!" Rukia cried.

Byakuya raised his zanpakuto and I ran to block Ichigo.

"Hn? Who is this?" Byakuya asked.

Rukia stared at me shocked. "Blossom...?"

"It's not nice to attack people." I told Byakuya.

Ichigo grabbed my ankle tightly. "Blossom, get out of here...! You don't know what you're going against!"

I glanced at Ichigo, before staring at Byakuya.

"Oh, I know what I'm going against." I said.

Rukia and Renji fell on their knees, as I picked up Ichigo's zanpakuto.

Renji stared at me. "Captain Kuchiki, do you sense that...?"

Byakuya stared at me with an intense look. "You have a very high spiritual pressure, for a human."

What am I doing...? Am I really going to go against Byakuya? After all he's done for me... Wait... Byakuya was the cause of Grimmjow's death. Since, he never killed Grimmjow... He doesn't know my existence. Right now, to him, I'm just a nuisance.

I pointed the zanpakuto at Byakuya.

"So what? Is that not normal?" I asked.

I stared directly into Byakuya's eyes.

A part of me was happy about this. The other part, was that I wanted to be embraced in Byakuya's arms once more.

I never admitted it... I did fall for him...

I gave Aizen a smile and was about to answer but, Byakuya moved me behind him. "She will be resting first. After all, she has had a long day."

I rolled my eyes and let out a soft sigh. "Sorry Aizen, guard dogs orders..." I mumbled

"Guard dog? Do not ever call me such. I am from a-" Byakuya was cut off by Aizen.

"Captain Kuchiki, she is no longer behind you." Aizen said with a sweatdrop.

Why am I feeling this now...?

"The day that Hollow attack happened, the human who released that heavy spiritual pressure. Was you. In that rain you were grieving over a human's death." He said.

My eyes widened and I glared at him. "So, you were there when my friend died?" I asked.

I don't regret my decision at all...

"Hm?" I opened the backpack and saw clothes and toothbrush and my hairbrush! Wait... "These are my clothes... Byakuya, how the hell do you know where I live?!" I yelled.

Byakuya looked at me, a calm look on his face. "I merely asked one of your classmates." He said.

Do I...?

I turned to face him and smiled. "Aizen, is the only one I have left. Please, let go."

Byakuya pulled me to him and hugged me. "Destroy me with your zanpakuto first. Only then will I let go of you."

I do...

"Why did I have... To fall for you...?" I spoke softly.

Byakuya stared at me with a confusing look.

It may have been raining, but I knew I was crying.

I tried to swing the zanpakuto at Byakuya. Only to have him deflect it.

"For a human, you are fast." Byakuya said.

I just stared at him.

I wanted to end this... I have to destroy these feelings of Byakuya...
