Chapter 55

I sat by Aizen's side, while he spoke to Gin and Tousen about searching for the other surviving Captains.

"Blossom, you will come with me." Aizen said.

He got up and I followed him.

"Where are we going?" I asked.

Aizen was headed downstairs to the front door and said, "I know a certain Captain who will find you just like that. So, I'm going to use you as bait."

Bait? Byakuya isn't that stupid to fall for that...

I just stayed quiet and let Aizen do what he pleases.

"Of course, the harm I do to you will be real." Aizen added.

If only I could warn them... How can I warn them? My powers were being surpressed.

I realized that Aizen was taking me to the park area, not far from where the others were. It almost looked like...

"You knew where they were..." I whispered.

I could tell that Aizen didn't hear me. He then stopped and turned to me.

"Blossom, may I ask... What makes you so sure that I'm no illusion? That I'm not created by Kyōka Suigetsu." Aizen asked.

I didn't answer him. Because, honestly... I have no clue if he is the real Aizen.

Aizen walked towards me and lifts my face up by the chin. His fingers were cold.

"Hm... I miss those lips of yours. I do wonder, who else have those lips of yours touched?"  Aizen said.

I wanted to push Aizen away as his face was moving closer to mine. I could feel his breath, our lips were inches apart.

"Stop right there, Aizen." Someone said.

I moved back and turned to see Byakuya with Yui and Hakure.

Aizen smirked and said, "Well, Captain Kuchiki? As I suspected, you would be the one to go after her in the end."

"Blossom!" Yui yelled.

My zanpakuto's ran to me and moved me behind them.

"Ah, it looks like your zanapkuto's manifested." Aizen said.

I bit my bottom lip. "Yui, Hakure. Please, revert back. I could handle this myself. I promise to call for you if things get worse..."

Hakure glanced at me and nods his head. Yui had no choice and agreed as well.

I watched as the two reverted to my ribbons, the ribbons that Byakuya had given me.

"Blossom, I will not force you to choose sides. If you are willing to help Aizen, so be it. But, do remember that he will only absorb you." Byakuya said.

I looked at him and said, "I know that. I'm-"

"Don't say that you will accept it. Stop lying to yourself." Byakuya told me.

Am I lying to myself about this?

"To tell you the truth... I don't even know anymore... Even after Aizen tried to kill me, I still love him. I can't bring myself to go against him. No matter how much I want to." I explained.

Aizen let out a loud sigh. "Enough about this talk of love. Byakuya, are you ready to perish?"

Aizen took out his zanpakuto and so did Byakuya.

"You will be the one to perish by my zanpakuto." Byakuya said.

I didn't say a word. I just wanted this to end. For everything to end.

Byakuya and Aizen clashed zanapakuto's. I watched as the two fought.

Aizen would try to go stab Byakuya, but he would flashstep and get Aizen from behind.

I didn't know who to go for. I wanted to go for Aizen, but my heart and mind wanted Byakuya to end Aizen's life.

'Blossom, you can't pick them both.' Someone said.

I heard a voice, but no one was around.

'It's me Hakure. Only you can hear me right now. Listen, you have to unleash, the powers of the Hyogoku within you. Doing that, I will help you destroy Aizen... Or Byakuya.' Hakure said.

'But, Byakuya is a good person... Why him?' I asked.

'To tell you the truth, I'm the dark side of the Hyogoku. Yui, is the light side. I'm the bad and Yui is the good. This decision is up to you. Only I can defeat the one you wish to vanish.' Hakure told me.

What am I going to do...? Defeat Aizen? Or defeat Byakuya?
