Chapter 52

My eyes opened and I found myself in a dark area.

"Where am I...?" I asked.

I could feel it. Presence of hollows everywhere.

"Pathetic Hollows." I heard someone said.

I sat up and could see senbonzakura's petals.

Hollows roared in pain everywhere.

"Byakuya...?" I spoke his name.

I then felt someone touch my face. Only to find it wasn't Byakuya. But a man with a samurai like armor and helmet.

He helped me up and gently pats my back.

"Who are you?" I asked.

I got response, but it didn't come from him.

"That is Senbonzakura. His true form." Byakuya said.

He glanced behind me and I turned around.

Behind me were two guys. One had silver spiked hair with red eyes. He even had a black scarf covering his mouth. He was wearing a shirt with torn off sleeves, leather pants, black boots and black gloves with blades on the knuckle area.

The other had grey spiked hair with orange eyes. He was wearing the same outfit as the other.

I didn't know who they were. But...

"Yui...? Hakure...?" I asked.

The one wjth grey hair smiled and nods at me. "I-I'm Yui! This is my brother, Hakure. We met before! W-Well not really... But, you use us!"

Hakure stayed quiet with his arms crossed.

"Why did the zanpakuto's manifest?" Byakuya asked.

Yui answered this. "Ahm... Well, you see... When Aizen put you all under Kyōka Suigetsu, we wanted to help. But, we didn't know how to wake any of you up."

"Wait... So, you were out in this form for a year... And didn't think about trying to pinch us, or attack us?" I asked.

Byakuya looked at Senbonzakura, who looked away with a sweatdrop.

"We have to find the others." Byakuya said with a sigh.

Hakure walked towards me and faced his back to me.

"What...?" I just stared at him.

I was then picked up by Yui, who placed me on Hakure's back.

"I-If danger were to happen, Hakure can get you out in no time." Yui said.

I just nod at this and looked at Byakuya, who was staring at me as usual.

We soon realized we were in a underground chamber. It was heavily guarded by Hollows.

Hakure then stopped and moved his head. As if giving one of us a sign to check ahead.

Senbonzakura walked ahead and stopped midway.  He unsheathed his sword slowly.

"Hyaaah!" A female screamed and attacked Senbonzakura.

He blocked the attack and we saw that it was a neko-like female. She had short brown hair, that her hair were spike to almost look like cat ears.

"Haineko! Is that an enemy?!" Someone yelled.

We saw Rangiku running from where Haineko approached.

"Rangiku!" I said smiling.

Haineko moved back and sighed. "Darn, I thought it would be a good fight."

Rangiku smiled and waved at us. "Oh, is that yours?" She asked, pointing at Yui and Hakure.

I nod my head and introduced them.

"Meow, your zanpakuto's are both handsome." Haineko said, as her tail touched Hakure's face.

His face remained emotionless and he sighed.

"We don't have time for this." He spoke.

Hakure's voice seemed annoyed.

Rangiku gave us a goofy grin. "Truth is, we were looking for you. You were the only ones missing from our bg group."

I smiled knowing that everyone is okay.

"And Karakura Town?" Byakuya asked.

Rangiku's goofy grin disappeared and she has a saddened look. "Karakura Town was successfully destroyed..."

Our eyes widened and I got off Hakure. "What do you mean?!"

"We were actually under Aizen's Kyōka Suigetsu for a year. An actual year. Aizen has successfully took over the Soul Society and Karakura Town." Rangiku explained.

I looked down and hugged myself.

How horrible is it that Aizen successfully destroyed the two worlds?

I closed my eyes thinking that THIS was the dream... But in reality, I know it's not.

Rangiku hugged me and sighed. "We have to find Aizen, and our best chance to find him is you."

"Why me?" I asked looking at her.

"You have the best chance of tracking him down." Hakure answered.

Yui nods and smiled. "I-I belive in you. I believe we can stop Aizen! H-Hakure and I will do our best to help."

I smiled a bit.

My zanpakuto is willing to help me. To help me destroy a horrible being Even though they know that it may cost them their life as well.

"Come on, we have to get to the others." Rangiku said.

She started to run in a direction and we all followed.
