Chapter 6

Ichigo was already outside of my house, waiting for me. "Sorry if I'm a bit late."

He turned to face me and smiled. "No problem. Did you eat breakfast yet?" He asked.

I nod my head and smiled a bit.

I wonder if Ichigo would tell me about last night.

We had already arrived at school and Ichigo didn't say a word. So, I decided to just talk to him about it.

"Ichigo, last night. I saw you slay a monster." I told him.

He stopped and looked at me. "You did? You must have had a crazy dream."

I frowned and crossed my arms. "It wasn't a dream, Ichigo."

He let out a small sigh. Then explained everything to me.

The monsters were called, Hollows. The heavy air he and I have been feeling was called, spiritual pressure. The girl was a Soul Reaper, named Rukia Kuchiki.

"Why couldn't you tell me this?" I asked.

"I was supposed to keep it a secret." Ichigo answered.

I understood why Ichigo was supposed to keep it a secret. Kinda not a normal thing for a human to hear or know about.

Ichigo and I continued our way to class and was stopped by that girl, Rukia Kuchiki. Ichigo explained that I was able to see her from the beginning. She understood quickly that I can see things like Ichigo.

"I see, you Blossom Hitomawa, should never tell anyone about this." She told me in a serious tone, but was followed by a sweet smile.

I smiled back as well."I promise you, I won't tell anyone."

I wanted to ask Rukia about the man I saw with almost the same uniform as her. But, after she told us that she was the only one working in the area. There was no point in asking.

"Blossom, I'm going to borrow Ichigo. He made a deal with me and he must keep his end." Rukia told me.

"Really? Ugh.." Ichigo looked at me and smiled. "I'll be back. Cover for me."

I smiled a bit at Ichigo and nod ny head. I watched as they both left.

During class, I was in deep thought. So many things are happening right now.

"Blossom." Someone said my name and I snapped out of my thoughts.

I looked in front of me and saw Chad tilting his head to the side.

"You seem... Out of it today." Chad told me.

I quickly shook my head and smiled. "No, I'm fine. Ichigo and the new student Rukia Kuchiki both went somewhere."

"You're not jealous, huuuuuuh?" Keigo teased.

I rolled my eyes and looked out the window. Ichigo and Rukia had just returned. Honestly, Ichigo and Rukia looked cute together.

I suddenly felt my heart sink a bit at my own thoughts. I didn't know why I felt sad and hurt thinking about it. Just in time though, lunch started.

I quickly got up and ran to greet the two. Chad, Keigo and Mizuiro followed.

Stop thinking such negative things, Blossom. Ichigo and Rukia are trully adorable together, why would you get hurt about such a positive thing?

I stopped and greeted the two. "Welcome back!" I smiled happily.

Rukia and I were sitting together under a tree at the back of the school. Other students were spending lunch playing soccer. Ichigo and the rest went to see what was for lunch.

"So, do you like Ichigo?" Rukia suddenly asked.

I almost choked on my sandwich. "No. Just friends." I answered.

She gave me a weird look at first and just nods her head.

Do you like Ichigo? I wanted to ask that, but if I heard the answer. I would feel sad and happy about it if she said yes.
