Oh My Helga! I have 1K reads! I know it doesn't seem like a lot but it means a lot to me! I want to thank you all so much, my lovely readers for making this possible, you're the best! To celebrate this milestone, I will be taking requests, I will do the first one or two to DM me, and I will do any that you request (although I will need details). Now that ny praise and grovelling to you all is over (expect more at the end), onto the one shot! So, as I promised (from the emoji hints from my Fred one shot) here is Sirius Black!

I ran my hands through my auburn hair, my emerald and silver tie tied loosely around my neck and my robes discarded on the back of my chair, as I attempted to complete my Astronomy essay. I double checked my textbook but to no avail, I tried the reference section: nothing. I grabbed the book and got up to get a new one.

"Fawley!"

"Shhhhhhhhh!"

"Sorry!" Sirius whispered tipping an imaginary hat in Madame Pince's direction, before making his way over to me. "Fawley, I need to talk to you."

"I'm trying to finish my Astronomy Essay, Black." I said continuing towards the shelves.

Sirius grabbed my wrist. "Please," he begged. "It won't take long."

I gave the Gryffindor seventh year a long look before following him out of the library.

"Yes, Black?" I asked once outside.

"We're both in our last year and we're both from pureblood families." Sirius began.

"Yes and?" I replied.

"Have your parents organised your wedding yet?"

"What?"

"Have they organised your wedding yet?"

"I've been engaged to someone since birth but I don't know who."

"This might explain it."

Sirius handed me a folded piece of parchment, which I took hesitantly. I opened it and read:

Sirius,
For some reason, the Fawley family want to keep your engagement to their daughter, so even though, you aren't part of our family, we will keep up appearances. You will marry the girl on the 17th of December and we will be in attendance. Don't mess up.

Walburga

I looked up at him.

"You? I'm being forced to marry you!" I demanded.

"Hey! I don't want to do this either, but to be honest I'd prefer to marry you than some other snobby pureblood. I can joke around you, have fun!" Sirius said.

I raised my eyebrow. "Ok, well, thanks for letting me know." I handed the parchment back to him and headed back towards the library.

"Fawley," Sirius called out.

I looked at him.

"Do you want help with your Astronomy Essay?" He asked.

I raised my eyebrow with a smile before jerking my head in the direction of the library, indicating for him to follow me.

"You're getting married?" James exclaimed when we were in our dorms. "You don't have to do what your mother told you, you know."

"Yes I know, but I've been friends with Fawley since before we could walk and would rather that she marries me than some creepy, into the dark-arts pureblood." I explained.
