Chapter 10_Strange Encounters (pt2)

Mika and the boys headed towards the area Sage pointed out but deep down they knew they weren’t alone. They just had to act as if they were alone or else this individual would be alarmed and run away without them having anything on him. The gang was halfway through an alley when someone came walking in front of them.
Mika and Kihyun who was ahead looked at this person very strangely hoping to have some kind of idea who he might be but still nothing came to mind, and just as they were about to talk the rest of Monsta X arrived.
Shownu was the first to notice this individual and was just about to ask Mika, when the individual suddenly..

Unknown: You all are heading in the wrong direction..
Mika: No I’m pretty sure we are heading the right way..
Unknown: No.. This way is your way home right..
Kihyun: So what if it is..

After saying that Monsta X got into their fighting stance as they knew this guy was getting ready to fight, but Mika was not so sure about that.
Mika took a few steps forward but Kihyun stopped her before she could go too far. Mika turned towards him and gave him a smile saying “Trust Me”.. And with that Kihyun let go.
Mika walked closer and closer when at that moment she heard laughter coming from this unknown individual.

Mika: Is there something funny..
Unknown: No... Just the idea that you are brave enough to approach me..
Mika: I sense no danger coming from you..
Unknown: Like I said.. (Stops laughing).. Brave..  *smirks*..
Mika: Why did you tell us that earlier..
Unknown: Let me just tell you something Mika... You and your team *laughs*.. You are in deeper trouble than before..
Mika: You're not making sense..
Unknown: Try going back and figure it out on your own *smirks*

The unknown individual says his words and leaves Mika and the crew in a daze as they had no idea what he might be talking about. Kihyun turns around followed by the rest but nothing was behind them but the enemy sure was gone when they turned back around.
Monsta X looked around each and every corner to find this individual but he was gone without any trace.
Mika looks to her team and they knew she was going to order them to head back with her, but they didn’t have any idea why this happened and why they had to turn around.
Kihyun who was taking lead this time ran ahead with Minhyuk and Jooheon not far behind. They arrive at the previous location and the three boys was shocked at what they saw. Mika and the rest arrive just a few minutes after them.

Mika: *shocked*.. Am I daydreaming...?? *looks at her team*..
Kihyun: Do you think he tried to warn us about this?
Shownu: Warn us that... That..
Mika: *looks at the sky*... I get the feeling we are trapped in the enemy’s maze.. And from this...

Mika and the team looks on at the spot that just a while ago had bodies piling up.. But this time it was just a green field. Mika who was more confused stepped forward but just as she was about to walk any further she felt her foot going lower than it was suppose to go.
She walks and looked down..

I.M : Waoh.. *catches Mika*... Watch out..
Jooheon: *holds Mika's arm*... Woah are you okay..??
Mika: I’m fine.. Just don’t walk further..
Wonho: .. Is this some kind of illusion..
Unknown: Exactly...

Mika and the boys turn around so fast as the sudden voice of someone spooked them. Mika got in front followed by Wonho and Minhyuk, while the rest just stood by and got ready for when a fight actually happen.
The unknown individual suddenly walks forward but the smirk on his face was clear to them that he had no bad intentions towards them, but they still had to be on guard.
Mika walks forward as well while the rest stayed behind.

Mika: What is your game?..
Unknown: No game.. This is all the work of someone who’s been hunting a certain person yet I still have no idea who he or she might be..
Mika: What you mean... How long have you been here..??
Unknown: *laughs*... Truthfully... I've been here for 2 years now..
Mika: Why??..
Unknown: Because once you get into this little game.. Your exit is closed and you have to do one thing to escape..
(Monsta X walks forward).
Kihyun: What might that be??
Shownu: I don’t think he knows or else he wouldn’t be here..
Unknown: Smart... But also incorrect...
Wonho: Then why and what..??
Unknown: The way to escape is to outsmart the creator..
Monsta X/Mika: WHAT!!!!!

Normal POV
Mika and the gang now in total shock upon hearing the news that they might actually be in more trouble then they would have guessed. The whole idea of being in a game set up by someone more experienced and insane than them got them panicking.
The boys look at Mika hoping she would come up with something but even she was in a daze about this whole thing.
The unknown individual removes his hoodie but they could still see darkness over his face, hiding his identity but one member being Wonho could see something that reminds him of someone he knows but he just can’t put his finger on who.
The gang kept standing in the same spot hoping to find the answers but even they knew there was none at the moment.
Mika looks at the sky and again heads back to reality as she knew she had to get back to RM and explain everything she has just found out.
Mika was about to head out with her team when the individual suddenly spoke..

Unknown: You should remind Jungkook of something..
Mika: You know Jungkook!!!.. How??
Unknown: They aren’t well hidden you know. And if I know of them..
Wonho: Then this mysterious person would too..
Kihyun: What do we do...
Mika: *looks back at the unknown individual*.. What is the message for Jungkook...
Unknown: There will be someone coming to him with the antidote he has been searching for but he has to hurry and find him before “They” get him..
Shownu: Who’s this “They”...
Unknown: All I know is.... This game master or how you say mysterious guy has some very strong people working for him and when I say that.. I mean they’ll kill just for the fun of it...
Mika: So you’re giving us a headsup on what’s to come..
Unknown: Jungkook and BTS are heading for a place that’s a  lot like hell.. Just..
Minhyuk: Just what...
Unknown: He won’t be the target.. *smirks*.. Cya..

Normal POV
The unknown individual walks away while waving at Mika and the gang. Monsta X and Mika starts running to wherever they might think BTS will be. The run was that of a long one as each turn they took was a dead end but Hyungwon had enough and suggested they go via the roof and the rest followed his lead.
Mika and the gang finally reached the final building and could see the rest was a bit darker than they thought which tells them the way they were running might be coming to an end.
They came to the edge and thought of running back when suddenly they heard voices which they recognized and as they look down, they see the gang of BTS standing over a dead body, but the discriptions of the dead guy was the same they were told about.
Mika and the gang jump down several stairs till they were on the ground right next to BTS. Mika heads to RM and began explaining what they experienced just a few days ago.

[Present Time]

Normal POV
Mika says her last words and the expression she saw on RM's face said everything. She kept looking at him hoping he would give her some idea of what they are facing but he was still in thought and that even caught the attention of the rest.
Jin was about to talk when RM suddenly spoke up..

RM: Would you all please leave me and Mika alone for a while

The group was totally shocked at hearing this but they knew he had a reason for saying this. The gang stood up and began heading to the spot Chan was just a few minutes ago. Taehyung was still slower than the rest but the good news was he could still catch up to them. Jungkook was concern for him but he knew Taehyung didn’t want sympathy at the moment.
Jin led the gang to a place that was beyond where Chan was and they saw something shining but had no idea what that might be. Suga and J-Hope stepped forward ahead of Jin to figure out this object but they couldn’t go further than their current position.
Mika and RM was just about done with their conversation when a sudden loud explosion was heard from their previous location. RM who knew where that noise came from began running towards the sound with the rest of the members as well as Mika and MX.

RM: That’s the same location Jackson and his team was..
Mika: How sure can you be it wasn’t close by..
Suga: RM.. Hold up!!!

RM and the rest stopped at the sound of Suga's voice. He walked forward and looked at RM with a bit of seriousness in it.
RM who was confused as to why he would be saying that looked at him, in a way that he would know. RM walks back to Suga and ask him for answers.

Suga: That was the same way we heard a fighting remember..
RM: Yeah but...
Jimin: He means before we met Jackson and the rest.. That might not have anything to do with Jackson..
Jungkook: Wait... That.*looks back*... That shining object...

Jungkook runs back to where they were a few minutes ago and sees something different in the area. Mika and the rest arrived just a few minutes after Jungkook and they themselves noticed the change.
BTS with RM leading finally arrives and sees the same and the story Mika told them suddenly came to mind as they had fallen for the trap or rather RM did. He began bowing in a apologetic way and the rest just lifts his head in saying “No worries”..
Jungkook walks to an area Chan was laying a few minutes ago and Taehyung follows him.

Jungkook: This is the spot he was laying... Yet.
Taehyung: What’s done is done..
Jungkook: I know.. But..

Jungkook POV
What is this sudden uneasiness.. Its something that’s in my stomach.. Something that’s.. Wait.. “What’s done is done”..?.. Why would Taehyung say something like that in a situation such as this..

Normal POV
Jungkook turns to Taehyung and sees a smirk on his face, the kind that looks happy for what has happened. The rest who sees this face of Jungkook looks surprised at this and walks towards him in a attempt to look for answers but Jungkook holds his hands out in order for them to stop.
Jungkook lifts his head and looks straight in Taehyung's eyes but he could feel something is missing. He walks towards him as the feeling got more and more intense, so intense that even he had to stop and just look.
Jungkook who’s now a few metres away from Taehyung gave one last look and ask...

Jungkook: Who are you?
Taehyung: What do you mean???.. I’m Taehyung.. *smiles*..
Jimin: Jungkook.. What’s up??
Jungkook: This guy *points at Taehyung*.. Just said “What's done is done “.. When I spoke about Chan’s spot...
Jin: Can’t be... I mean...
Jungkook: Taehyung would never say something like that...
Taehyung: You all are getting weird... Who would I be.?
RM: Reveal yourself!!!!
Taehyung: *worried expression*.. I.. I... *suddenly laughs*... Gosh this act was beginning to annoy me..
BTS: What!!!
Mika: What’s happening here..

BTS and MX along with Mika immediately steps backwards and got into a stance. The whole idea of someone else impersonating Taehyung got them in a panic mood as they don’t know what to do. Jungkook walks a few steps forward but anger was seen on his face.
Jimin who saw this walked with him while holding Jungkook back and not to get into trouble. RM spoke up again and this time in a more serious tone.

RM: Now.. Identify yourself..
Taehyung: Am I obligated to answer you.. *smirks*..
J-Hope: You little!!!!
Suga: J-Hope relax...
RM: You are not Taehyung so who are you???
Taehyung: Fine... Me.. I’m the evil inside of Taehyung..

Upon hearing this the group got the surprise of their life. Each and every member did not know what to say, they had no response to that.

Taehyung: My host is Kim Taehyung.. And when he loses his strength.. I come out.. You can call me V.. *smirks*.
