Madeline sat on her bicycle and waited for sister Julienne to mount her bicycle.
"Follow me" Sister Julienne smiled as she began peddling.

A few minutes later
Sister Julienne and sister Huxley dismounted their bikes and grabbed their kit off the back.
"We will be visiting Mrs Smith" Sister Julienne said as they began walking up the stairs.
"Hello sister" a young child no more than 10 smiled sweetly at them both.
"Hello sweetie, where's your mother?" Sister Julienne asked bending down so they were eye level.
"Waiting for you sister I will take you to her" she said taking sister julienne's hand and leading her to her mother.
"Midwife calling" Sister Huxley called into the flat.
"Right here sister" Mrs Smith called from her bedroom doorway.
"Hello again Mrs Smith" Sister Julienne smiled at her.
"Hello sisters" she smiled at them whilst climbing onto the bed "are you a new sister?" She asked sister Huxley.
"Yes I am" she answered the woman shyly.
Sister Huxley handed sister Julienne the tool for listening to the baby's heartbeat.
"A nice healthy heartbeat" Sister Julienne smiled.
"Mom I'm hungry" the little girl who showed them in moaned.
"The sisters need to check the baby sweetie can't you wait?" Mrs Smith pleaded with her daughter.
"Why don't I make you something?" Sister Huxley asked the little girl.
"Yes please" she smiled at the sister. They both headed into the kitchen, whilst sister Huxley searched the cupboards for jam and bread the little girl took a seat at the table.
"Why do sisters wear that?" The girl asked.
"I'm not sure" she replied smiling at the girl whilst giving her the plate of food.
The front door opened allowing Mr Smith to push the pram through the door.
"Olive look after your sister and tell your mother I'm going to work" her father called from the doorway.
"Yes dad" she said through a mouthful of a jam sandwich.
"Hello sister" he said tipping his hat to her before heading to work. Sister Huxley walked into the hallway and picked up the small child, rocking her to sleep and walked back into the kitchen.
"Your good at looking after her" she said placing her plate into the sink.
"I've had a lot of practice" she smiled at the girl and at the now sleeping child in her arms.
"She always cries when I hold her" Olive admitted.
"Well you just need some practice, here" she said making Olive stand up and take hold of her sister causing him to cry.
"Now rock her slowly" sister Huxley helped her and soon enough he was fast asleep.
"I did it" she smiled wide.
"Well done" she encouraged smiling at her.
"Well done Olive I knew you were a perfect big sister" Mrs Smith smiled at her daughter.
"Well we best be going" Sister Julienne smiled at them all. The sister said goodbye and left the home heading to their next home.
