It was already late in the evening, but Haneul felt surprisingly refreshed. She decided to go for a walk outside and eventually sat down on a bench facing the grassy field. *Am I turning into a vampire?* she wondered. "That would explain the changes I've been noticing these past few days," she sighed.

As the sun began to set, she mused, "Will I still be able to go out in the sun after this?"

Suddenly, the kitchen door swung open, and Dino appeared. "What are you doing out here?" he asked.

Haneul turned to look at him. He looked like he'd just woken up, his hair messy and face slightly puffy. "Did you just wake up?" she asked.

He nodded. "I came down for some water, but I saw someone outside."

Haneul patted the empty spot beside her, inviting him to sit. Dino shook his head. "The sun's still out," he reminded her.

"Oh, sorry. I forgot," she said apologetically.

"It's okay. I need to go anyway—I stink," he joked, making Haneul laugh. "Go on, then."

Haneul continued watching the sunset until she felt someone take the seat next to her. She turned and was surprised to see S.Coups.

"S.Coups oppa," she said, startled.

"What?" he asked, slipping his hand into his pocket.

"I haven't seen you much today," Haneul noted.

"Well, someone told me to get some sleep, so I did. It turned into a good two-day nap," he replied.

"You slept for two days? You really didn't eat? Aren't you hungry?" she asked, concerned.

He shook his head. "I can manage."

"I'm sorry, but you look like you need more rest," Haneul apologized.

"It's not your fault. Besides, you were right—I did need the sleep," S.Coups agreed. He then turned to her, "Any plans for tonight?"

She shook her head.

"Great," S.Coups said, getting up and heading back inside the house.

Haneul frowned. *Why did he ask?*

Later, fourteen grumbling stomachs awaited dinner as S.Coups seated himself at the end of the table. "I have a suggestion for everyone," he announced, drawing the attention of the others.

"We haven't used our powers much these past few weeks. I'm going to practice after dinner. You're all welcome to join if you want. And you," he added, looking at Haneul.

"N-Nae?" she stuttered, surprised. *Why did I stutter? It's not like I'm not used to talking to him,* she thought.

Wonwoo smiled, and she noticed. *Wonwoo oppa, don't read my mind!* she thought, but Wonwoo just kept smiling.

"Since you've turned into a vampire, it would be a great opportunity for you to see how we practice," S.Coups continued.

Haneul listened intently as some of the others turned to her. "Are you okay with that, Haneul?" Hoshi asked.

"I don't mind. Besides, I get to see how strong everyone is," she replied.

"Well then, after dinner it is. Let's eat," S.Coups said, starting his meal, and the others followed suit.

After dinner, Haneul waited patiently while the others went to change. One by one, the men descended the stairs, with S.Coups coming down last. He looked around at everyone.

"Everyone's going?" he asked, seeing the full group assembled.

Hoshi smiled. "It's been a while."

"My body aches from not using my power," Seungkwan added.

"I can't do much, though," Joshua said.

"Then I can sit with you?" Haneul asked.

Joshua smiled, patting her head. "That would be a great idea."

"Let's go," S.Coups said, leading the way. The others followed him out through the gate and quietly entered the forest behind their mansion. As they stepped into the dark, damp woods, Haneul involuntarily clutched Joshua's sleeve. The forest was eerily silent.

"Are you okay?" Hoshi asked, walking beside her.

She hesitated but nodded. "Just a little scared," she admitted.

"Don't worry, Haneul. Just stay close," Hoshi reassured her, and she nodded.

After a few more minutes of walking, S.Coups suddenly stopped. "We're here," he announced. In front of them lay a wide grassy field with a large pond, the moon's reflection shimmering on the water's surface.

Haneul let go of Joshua's sleeve. "Wow, it's so pretty," she exclaimed.

"Be careful, princess. It's slippery. I don't want you to fall," DK warned.

"Okay, oppa," she smiled before running towards the pond.

"She's grown up so much, huh?" Jihoon said with a smile, and the others nodded in agreement.

Just then, Haneul turned around. "Oppa, it's so pretty here!" she called out.

"Be careful, Haneul!" Minghao warned.

"I'm fine, Min—Ahhh!" Haneul suddenly slipped.

"Haneul!" they all exclaimed.

Haneul closed her eyes tightly, feeling the wind rush past her. When she opened them, she found herself face-to-face with S.Coups.

"Oppa..." she stuttered.

"Why do you always get yourself into trouble?" S.Coups shook his head as he floated in mid-air, carrying her back to the others.

Once they were safely on the ground, he gently set her down and pushed her towards Joshua. "Watch her and don't let her do anything stupid," he said coldly.

"Coups-ah, aren't you being a bit harsh?" Jeonghan said, coming over to pat her head. Haneul was already clutching Joshua's sleeve again.

"That's nothing new. He's always been hard on Haneul," Mingyu suddenly remarked.

S.Coups turned his gaze towards him. "What did you say, Kim Mingyu?" he asked, glaring."What? I'm just stating the obvious. I'm sure Haneul already knows how much you dislike her.

She's scared of you most of the time," Mingyu replied.

In a flash, S.Coups was in front of him, grabbing his collar. "I dare you to repeat that, Kim Mingyu," he growled.

"H-Hyung... that's enough, okay?" Seungkwan quickly stepped between them, prying S.Coups's hand from Mingyu's collar.

S.Coups gave Mingyu one last glare. "I'm going to practice alone. Go home before sunrise," he said, reminding them. They all nodded as he disappeared into thin air.

Joshua looked at Haneul. "You'll stay with me." She nodded silently.
