Chapter 48

Seunggyo, S.Coups and Mingyu went down to the dungeon. Mingyu kept his fist clenched and S.Coups saw it. "Calm down, Kim Mingyu. She's yours. I won't even touch the gun." S.Coups said.

"If my shoot didn't kill her, I want you to finish it, hyung." Mingyu told S.Coups. "I doubt that will happen." S.Coups added. "We'll see." Mingyu nodded.

"We're here.' Seunggyo announced when they reached the lowest floor of royal dungeon. "The shackle restraint her vampire power." Seunggyo told them.

Mingyu and S.Coups looked up at the woman in the cell. If before this she looks alive, now she looks more like a walking corpse.

It's been three days after they fought at the abandoned building. That time, Mingyu aunt didn't get to attack S.Coups or Mingyu and neither did they manage to attack her. Seunggyo and his royal army ambushed the building just in the nick of time. Mingyu's aunt was taken to the dungeon and they killed the remaining vampires. They hurriedly returned back to the palace to treat all injuries especially Haneul who just woke up two days ago.

Mingyu frowned. "Didn't you feed her?" he asked.

Seunggyo nodded, "We did. But you see..." Seunggyo's gaze landed on Mingyu's aunt. "She supposed to die few years back."

Mingyu and S.Coups turned to look at him in surprise. "What do you mean with that?" S.Coups asked. Seunggyo uneasily rubbed his nape. "Well...I got the royal investigator to look into her detail. We all are aware that vampire can live a longer life, on average."

Mingyu and S.Coups kept their eyes glued on Seunggyo. "Well, apparently your aunt was diagnosed with an incurable disease. She was supposed to die 10 years ago."

"Ten years ago?!" both Mingyu and S.Coups were surprise.

Seunggyo nodded. "I'm afraid that she seek a help from a witch to keep her life longer. I had my men to interrogate the witch. It seems like the witch decided to help your aunt because she told her that she wants to find her long lost niece."

"So all these years, she was hiding here and build her own troop?" S.Coups asked and Seunggyo nodded, "I'm afraid it's like that."

"Your Highness! Hyung!" a voice called from the stairs. They all turned around.

"Holy crap! Minghao why bring her down here?!" S.Coups hurriedly went to Minghao when he see Haneul was next to Minghao, still look weak.

"Hey. You shouldn't be here." S.Coups opened his hand for Haneul which she gladly went into his hand. Haneul held tightly onto S.Coups's hands as she was still weak to stand on her own feet. "I heard from them...you're going to kill her..."

S.Coups glared at Minghao. "Sorry. She keep insisting for us to tell her where you are right then." Minghao apologized. "Let's go. You shouldn't be down here. Let's get you upstairs." S.Coups helped her to walk.

Just when they were about to leave, a weak voice from the cell spoke, "Well, well...isn't it the princess?" S.Coups and Haneul stopped walking. Seunggyo, Mingyu and Minghao turned into the cell. "You're finally said something." Mingyu spat. "I'm not talking to you, brat." The woman spat back.

"Hey princess. Listen to me." The woman called. Haneul turned to look into the cell. "If you think I regret what I did to you, you're wrong. I won't be sorry for it!" the woman said.

Minghao clenched his fist. "I just want to punch her."

"I still want to run that damn knife on your skin princess." The woman grin. Haneul's eyes widened in surprise. Cold shiver ran down her spine as she remember how painful it is when she made few cuts on her skin.

"I still want to hear you screaming for that darn pureblood vampire." The woman laughed. "Man, it's the happiest day in my life."

That's it!

Mingyu went to Seunggyo and grabbed the gun that was placed in its sheath around his thigh. Without a warning, Mingyu fired a shoot to her and it hit her leg. She let out an ear piercing scream as the blood started to pool around her.

"Damn it, Kim Mingyu! Haneul is still here!" S.Coups reminded her. "You would want to cover your eyes, Haneul." Mingyu gritted his teeth.

Mingyu's aunt looked at them with a grin. "Why? Let her watch this. Let her watch how her own brother kill her father's sister! Let her see how her presence, how her mother's presence brought disaster to our family! She's nothing but a disgusting half-human!"

"Damn you!" Mingyu shouted. S.Coups took it as he queue. He quickly covered Haneul's ears and pulled her close to his chest so that she won't have to witness some brutal shooting.

"Don't say such thing about her mother!" BANG!

"Don't say such thing about Coups hyung!" BANG!

"Don't say such thing about my sister!" BANG!

Mingyu shot after every sentence he said. He continued to shoot his aunt though he already got her from the first bullet straight to her heart.

Seunggyo looked at Mingyu, *he's losing control!* he ran to Mingyu and held his hand, "Stop, Kim Mingyu! This is an order!" Seunggyo spoke.

Mingyu stop shooting at once. He panted heavily before he looked at his aunt, now dead with a numbers of bullet went into her body.

Minghao and S.Coups looked up. "Damn! He destroyed her!" Minghao cursed. "Haneul can't see this. Minghao, bring her back upstairs." S.Coups looked at him and he nodded. Minghao created a shadow man and it engulf fully engulf Haneul. "Let's go." Minghao hurriedly went upstairs and the shadow followed him.

S.Coups went to Mingyu. He placed a hand on his shoulder. "You're okay?" he asked. Mingyu wiped his sweat. "Yeah. Your Highness, you can bury her body or burn or anything. I don't mind. Oh and sorry about this. I used all the bullets." Mingyu calmly returned the gun back to Seunggyo.

Mingyu then head for the stairs and went upstairs.

Seunggyo looked at S.Coups, "Will he be okay?" he asked him. S.Coups just shrugged. "I don't know."

Mingyu looked at his reflection in the mirror. He clenched his fist. "Appa...rest well. I finally killed her. I had enough of her meddling with our family matter." He once again looked at his reflection before he let out a sigh.
