Chapter 7🎃

Stella's POV:
It's Halloween and all of us are going to Knotts Scary farm and afterwards we're coming back here since Sam says he has something scary planned which scares me because I have no idea what to expect. Not only that, I have to meet Jake's girlfriend. I mean the way they talk about her, she sounds like a nice girl, but i almost kissed her boyfriend- gosh this is gonna suck.
Jake is going as a e-boy type clown apparently so he can match Tara's costume. Sam is going as the Joker, Colby's going as Freddy Kruger, Kat is going as a sexy firefighter, Devyn's going as a sexy mummy, and then there's me, I'm going as ghost face, why? Because he's one of my favorite slashers and I wouldn't be able to pull of the sexy look like Kat and Devyn. Corey is doing a ghost investigation with someone named Aaron Doh so he's not going.
When we got to the farm, we met up with Tara and we introduced ourselves to one another and after the guys briefly explained my situation not going into detail me and her chatted a little and she said she was completely fine with it and showed me sympathy.....then she proceeded to kiss Jake in front of me and would make sure not to leave him alone with me. I was getting annoyed so I didn't go around them for the rest of the night. I just stayed with Kat mostly and mingled with some of the other people there. Soon all of us went through the haunted barn and we got scared shitless when scary people with scary costumes popped out of now where screaming in our damn faces. Then when we managed to get out of there alive, we hung out over there for a while and everyone took pictures with some of their fans.
Time Skip
Colby- That barn wasn't scary at all.
Jake- You sure brother cuz it looked like you were about to shit you pants.
Colby- Hahah, funny
Sam- Hey guuuuys.
Us- Yeeees?
Sam- Let's play a game.*Evilly smirks*
Tara- No Sam
Sam- Aww why not?
Tara- Everytime you make that face you have a crazy satanic ritual you want us to participate in.
Sam- It's different this time.
Tara- How So?
Sam- It's not satanic, but it is a ritual so you were right about that part.
Tara- Of course I was. *Facepalms*
Colby- What's the ritual?
Sam- The Mid-night man ritual.
Kat- You can't be serious-
Jake- I'm sure it's not that bad.
*3 hours later*
Jake- Ok this is very bad.
Tara- That's what I've been saying way before this ritual even started!
Sam- Guys cmon we gotta keep moving.
Kat- I don't like this.
Devyn- Me either.
Stella- This is so cool!
Just then there was a break in the kitchen, like a glass was dropped and shattered into a million pieces on the ground.
Stella- I take it back!
Kat- Oh my god what was that?!
We were all freaking out and as we were heading to the kitchen my candle went out and we all panicked trying to light it but everytime we lit it went out again.
Stella- It keeps going out what do we, Ahhhhhhhhhh!
I felt something scratch the sh*t outta me on  my back.
Jake- What happened, someone light her candle!
Sam lit it and everyone turned towards me.
Jake-Ba- Stella, what happened?
Stella- So..Something scratched my back, it felt like...like a claw o..or something I don't know!
Tara- What were you about to call her?
Jake- Nothing
Tara- That wasn't nothing-
Luckily the penny board rolled in front of us as if someone pushed it and that's when we freaked out and ran upstairs to Sam's room. Colby being the last one in closed the door and turned on the light which was something you weren't supposed do in this ritual.
Sam- Babe no! We weren't supposed to turn on the light.
Colby- Oh sh*t. I'm sorry I forgot.
Sam- It's alright, we're just gonna have to-
Stella- Please don't tell me we have to do that horrible ritual again please.
Tears brimmed my eyes and my voice cracked as I spoke.
Sam- I'm sorry but we have to, otherwise the midnight man will haunt us forever and he'll never leave.
Devyn- what have we gotten ourselves into?
Sam- I don't know, but one thing I do know, is that Tara was right. This was NOT a good idea.
Tara then looked over at me, giving me an ugly look before looking away.

......Well this is just great.
