Chapter 6

Jake's POV:
Jake- This is Stella and she's going to be staying with us from now on.
Kat- Since when?
Colby- Since Jake saved her from jumping off of Suicide Bridge.
Everyone gasped and looked at Colby then back at Stella. She put her head down in shame.
Stella- I was h-homeless for awhile since my abusive family though me out of the house. All the pain and misery I went through all my life was too much to handle and I just wanted it all to end, that is until Jake found me and told me that he cared, that I mattered in this crazy world and never in my life have I ever felt so loved and cared for. That was all it took for him to convince to go with him. I'll leave if you want me to I don't want to cause trouble.
Kat- You poor thing, I'm so sorry you had to deal with all that, you don't have to leave.
Devyn- It'll be fun having another girl around here, please stay.
Stella- R-Really?
Corey- Yeah, I've always wanted another niece.
Stella- Niece?
Corey- Yeah, I am now your aunt Corey and this is your uncle Devyn.
He wrapped his arms around Devyn and she smiled her.
Stella smiled back and went to shake her hand but Devyn pulled her into a hug taking Stella by surprise but she smiled and hugged back.
Kat- I'm Kat, It's so nice to meet you and are those Tara's clothes?
She pointed at the clothes i was wearing and glanced at Jake.
Stella-Jake said she wouldn't mind...
Kat- Oh?
Jake- She won't.
Kat- If you say so.
Sam-I'm Sam nice to meet you.
Stella- Nice to meet you too.
Sam gave her a hug and Kat gave her a hug after and I guess all of this was too overwhelming for Stella since she started crying.
Kat- Whats wrong?
Stella- N-Nothing it's just that, no one besides Jake or Colby has ever showed me this much kindness before and I guess it's just overwhelming.
Everyone- Awwwwww.
We all sat down and she told us about her back round and how bad her childhood was growing up. We told her about their lives before LA before fame I guess you could say and how Corey, Sam, Colby and I started out on Vine and once it died we started doing YouTube and we all eventually moved into this mansion together and we told her how I was able to move in after Elton had moved out. She was very intrigued by our backgrounds and she was so curious about them.
Colby- Sam, Corey, Jake and I like going to haunted places and investigating them, we make series on our Sam and Colby duo channel on Youtube and the fans love it.
Stella-Do you guys ever get scared?
Jake-Sometimes yeah.
Corey- Hell yeah I get scared, I be wanting to leave but I want to know more about what we're seeing when we go to these places so I stay no matter how much I want to leave.
Colby- Same thing goes for all of us, I personally am fascinated by it but also terrified at the same time but I know I'll get through because I have my best friends and my amazing boyfriend right by my side.
Stella-Boyfriend?
Colby gets up and sits next to Sam and wraps his arm around his shoulder and pulls him close attacking his face with kisses causing Sam to giggle.
Stella- Oh!
We laughed at her reaction.
Stella-That is cute as hell, I'm happy for you guys even though I barely know you.
Colby- Thanks El.
Stella- El?
Colby- Yeah, everyone in this house has a nickname and I was thinking that could be your nickname.
Stella- What's everyone else's nickname?
Colby- Core Core, Dev, Sammy, Jakey, and for me Colbs.
Stella- Those are all cool nicknames. Also I like El, it's cool and simple.
Devyn- So El, where do you live?
Stella- I don't have a home, my parents kicked me out leaving me with nothing and I can't go back because they hate me and so does my step-brother and sister.
Jake- I was hoping she could live here with us.
Elton-We don't have a spare room.
Jake- She'll sleep in my room.
I blushed and Elton smirked at me and Jake.
Jake- Elton don't I have a girlfriend so im not gonna try anything.
Elton- Mhm.
Jake- Where is she anyways?
Colby- Out with Alex.
Jake- Oh okay.
Stella- Do anyone of you sing?
Kat- I do.
Stella- Really?
Kat- Yeah, I just released my latest song Blue Roses.
Stella- I gotta make sure to listen to they, I sing too but I don't write songs I write stories, I want to write my own book one day and have it published.
Colby- That's really cool, could you sing us a little something?
Stella-I-I guess.
She sang a verse from Ariana Grande's song 'Break up with your girlfriend' and she had the most beautiful voice it was so angelic. We clapped and cheered and she blushed.
Kat-Damn you got pipes girl!
Jake- It was beautiful.
She blushed a little and it was cute....in a friend way.
Stella- Thanks Jake.
Colby- That was amazing.
Stella-Thanks Colby, what do you and Sam like to do;
Colby- We love exploration and we love doing paranormal investigations, ins't that right babe?
Sam- Right.
They gave each other a kiss and i couldnt help but smile, I mean cmon they are just too adorable.
Colby- So tomorrow's Halloween so what's the plan?
Sam- We could go to Knotts scary farm then afterwards we come back here I have something fun planned for us.
Kat- Tara's coming so you'll get to meet her Stella.
Stella- Ohh okay.
I could tell that she was skeptical about meeting Tara. I mean part of me felt guilty in a way. Especially since me and Stella nearly kissed in a parking lot, gosh what am I doing?? I love Tara I wouldn't hurt her...and i dont want her to jump to conclusions and get the wrong idea. I just hope this goes well. Meanwhile, Sam has this weird smirk on his face, I knew exactly what he was planning and it was only gonna be down hill from there.
For the rest of the day we talked about random topics and about the plan for tomorrow and what costumes we would wear and we also filmed a video introducing her as our new roomate and almost throughout the video i found myself glancing at her and I dont know what it is but something about her intrigues me.
