Chapter 37

Harrington's POV

Waking up I looked at the clock and realised it was 3:46 am and then realised Billie wasn't curled up next to me. Getting out of bed I threw on a hoodie and quietly made my way to the kitchen and then living room. She wasn't anywhere to be found so I went to the backyard. Sure enough she was sitting on the grass, playing with Pepper's ears.

"Bil?" I asked softly and made my way over to her "are you ok?"

"Yeah" she sighed, pulling me onto her lap "just couldn't sleep. Did I wake you?"

"No" I shook my head and leant it against her shoulder "you not being next to me woke me up"

"I'm sorry angel, I had another nightmare"

"Do you want to talk about it?"

"I'm scared if I do it will come true and I don't know what I would do if it did" she said quietly, and I could hear the scaredness in her voice.

"Well whenever you want to talk about it, I'm all ears baby" stroking her cheek softly I placed a kiss on her cheek trying to lift her mood. I just feel so horrible, Billie won't open up, but I don't want to push her. I love her stubborn ass too much but I'm way too pussy to tell her. We sat there in silence for god knows how long but it started to get colder and the grass began to get damp.

"Let's go get breakfast" Billie said and stood us up.

"Bil its..." I checked my phone "5:32, damn we've been out here a while. Yeah let's get breakfast"

"You look so cute in my clothes I love it" Billie kissed my neck as we walked to her car.

"Yeah well they're comfy and smell like you"

Thankfully enough the café that Billie brought us to had no one it yet and we could order our food in peace. "What're you getting William?"

"Pancakes, bowl of fruit, waffles, breakfast burrito and coffee, what do you want baby?" she looked up from her menu to look at me.

I'm not even surprised from how much she's going to order, and I wanted all of what she said "the same as you but I wanted some pastries and an iced latte"

"Done" she got up before I could even think about paying and ordered our food.

"Dude stop paying for me, next time we go out I'm paying" I told her as soon as she sat down.

"Baby" she rolled her eyes "I brought you out for our date, so I'm paying"

"Oh this is a date?" I teased.

"Duh, I don't just take anyone out for breakfast especially this early in the morning Harrington. Plus between rehearsals and press we didn't have time to celebrate our three months"

"Isn't that next week?" I asked confused.

"Bro! I thought so too but I was going through my photos and came across the photo of us in the bathroom when you insisted on plucking my eyebrows. That was the night we got together, well officially" she grinned then shuddered "you're never plucking my eyebrows again, that shit hurt so much!"

"Have a cry!" I laughed "but wow, three months have flown by. Well I mean it could have gone quicker when we were apart but now that we're here it's unreal" I couldn't wipe the smile off my face and leant across the table to give Bil a kiss.

She pulled out her phone "smile mamas" she grinned behind the camera and I flipped her off laughing "beautiful" she smiled at her phone showing me the photo and I shook my head.
