Hoshi's POV:

I fidgeted excitedly in the limo, wanting to see Shu already. Yuma's eyebrow twitched in annoyance while Ruki closed his book loudly, giving me a glare.

"Can you stop?"

I grabbed my leg, smiling sheepishly.

"Sorry, it's a habit."

He sighed before looking out the window. I saw the view of Ryotei academy come into view and my leg started back up, my hand not able to stop it.

"Are you okay?" Kou asked, sweatdropping.

"I'm fine! Just....giddy."

"You....must be....excited...to see...Sakamaki-san." Azusa said.

I blushed, looking at the ground and nodded. The limo came to a stop and I looked up, noticing the Sakamaki limo in front. I pushed Kou's face to get him out of the door's way, jumping out. The brothers and Yui came out, Shu the very last one. He sniffed the air and opened his eyes, turning to me. I grinned, running to him and jumping into his embrace, one of his arms holding me up. I kissed all over the face, on his cheek, his forehead, his nose, and finally his lips.

"Hi there, handsome."

"Hmph, so you finally decided I was handsome, not pretty.

"Oh no, you're definitely still pretty, I just know it hurts your feelings when I say that." I teased.

I heard a cough behind us and we turned, looking at the brothers with an uninterested face. I made eye contact with Subaru and gave him a big smile.

"Hi, Subaru!"

He didn't answer back, only giving me a nod in response. Shu put me down but kept his arm around my waist, making sure not a centimeter of space was left between us. I made eye contact with Yui and she smiled.

"Hello, Hoshi-san."

"Hi, Pierro."

She pouted.

"You called me by my actual name yesterday, Hoshi-san!"

"Huh? What are you talking about? Must have been your imagination."

Her pout deepened and I just chuckled at her reaction.

"Hello, Yui."

Her smile returned and gave me a wave before Ayato dragged her off somewhere.

"It is nice to see you, Hoshi."

I gave Reiji a small smirk, slapping his back hard.

"Loosen up, Reiji!"

He pushed his glasses up, scoffing before disappearing. The rest of the brothers disappeared after that, leaving me and Shu alone. He pulled me into the waiting limo, handing me something. I opened it fully to see it was the dress he had bought me.

"Wear it," he said stubbornly.

"Right now?! We're in a fucking limo!"

"I've seen almost every part of your body. There's no need to hide it and besides, the driver can't see."

It was true, the separator blocking the familiar's view. I sighed, taking off my uniform and quickly put the dress on, able to feel Shu's hot gaze the whole time.

"Where are we going anyway?"

"The park."

The limo soon stopped in front of a deserted park, the night sky extremely clear from here. We walked out and Shu grabbed my hand, leading me through some sort of clearing. We soon arrived in front of a lake, a little mat set out along with a blanket. There was a basket on the mat, the smell of food coming from it.

"Who knew you could be a romantic?" I said, poking his cheek.

"I had to look it up." he yawned.

I smiled softly, glad to see he was putting some effort into the relationship. I sat down and he put his head in my lap, his usual comfortable position. I looked inside the basket, noticing there were all sorts of food in there but the chocolate covered strawberries caught my eye. I took it out, happily munching on it until I heard a noise come from Shu.

"Give me some," he said.

"You don't like sweets though!"

"I want some."

I sighed, feeding him my half-eaten one. He chewed, this time not making the scrunched up face he made when he ate the ice cream.

"How is it?" I asked him, curious about his answer.

"Alright."

I giggled at his response, feeding him one more and looked at the night sky.

"Hey, isn't this our first date?"

"But we've been to places together before."

"We didn't have feelings for each other back then so I don't count it. This is now our first date and this better be the place you propose."

He chuckled, nodding against my legs. I smiled, touching his cheeks softly while my long, red hair hid our faces from the moonlight.

"This doesn't feel real," I whispered.

"Heh, shall I make it feel real woman?"

I nodded and he brought his lips upwards, touching mine. My eyes fluttered closed as we kissed softly, no tongue involved. He pulled away and I smiled goofily at him.

"You look stupid you know?"

"Yeah, yeah, I love you too."

I stroked his hair softly, looking down at the lake.

"Hmm, tomorrow is the lunar eclipse huh?" I said softly.

Shu suddenly froze, a serious look on his face as he forced me to look him in the eye.

"Tomorrow is a special eclipse. It occurs in both the human and demon world, meaning that our vampiric powers decrease dramatically. You have to promise you won't leave your house or that if you ever get in trouble, you call me."

"Shu, don't you think you're overreacting? I doubt anything is going to happen."

"But that doesn't mean we can't be cautious. I don't want you to get hurt, Hoshi."

I sighed, flicking his forehead softly with my finger.

"Ok fine. I'll do what you ask but you have to do the same too okay?"

He made a humming noise and stood up, holding his hand out towards me.

"Come."

I took his hand without hesitation and he led me to a small boat, helping me into it before getting in himself. He began rowing easily, bringing us to the center. The moon shone down on us almost like a spotlight and Shu grabbed my head, bringing it towards his lap.

"Your turn."

I laughed, doing what he does so often. I laid comfortably, both of us just looking into each other's eyes.

"Thank you for today, Shu."

"Heh, thank you for wearing such a lewd outfit."

I growled, punching his leg playfully. He grabbed that hand, kissing the back of it softly. I gave him a soft smile and he closed the distance between us, sealing my mouth with a searing kiss as the sound of a wolf howling could be heard in the distance.
