Hoshi's POV:

-2 months later-

I flinched as the cold gel touched my stomach before Reiji's gloved hand put the probe on, moving it around. Shu watched the screen excitedly, eyes twinkling. A little body showed up, flinching and moving around.

"Woah!" I said, watching the screen.

"It seems like you two are having a girl."

"Told you," Shu said, grinning victoriously.

"She's doing well and you shouldn't have any problems when delivering."

A sigh of relief escaped my mouth and I turned to Reiji, giving him a small smile.

"Thank you."

He nodded, leaving Shu's room and bringing the equipment with him. Shu handed me the towel and I wiped the excess of the gel off. I rubbed my now dry belly as I laid on our bed, smiling softly down at it.

"A girl, huh?" I whispered.

"What should we name her?"

"Someone is excited."

"I propose Sakura."

I nodded, rubbing his hand with both of mine.

"We can do that."

"Are you ready for tomorrow?"

The diamond ring on my left hand shined brightly, reminding me of what was going to happen tomorrow. We decided that we were gonna tie the knot tomorrow, the same day as my birthday. I remember warning Shu that if we did that, he would have to give me double the presents in the future to celebrate but he seemed totally fine with it. The dress was already prepared and we decided to have it in the park, the exact place where he proposed. Luckily, everyone would be able to attend.

"I know I'm gonna cry, Shu."

"Heh, you are a crybaby after all." he teased.

I pouted, giving him a hug, He chuckled, pulling me as close as he could without hurting my stomach.

"It's like tomorrow can't come soon enough," he whispered against my hair.

"Mm."

"I think you should go to sleep. We have a long day tomorrow."

I nodded, closing my eyes.

"Goodnight, Shu."

"Goodnight, Princess."

-A few hours later-

I was lightly shaken by Yui and I opened my eyes to see Shu gone for the first time of my life.

"What is it?" I yawned.

"You have to get ready! It's a big day!"

I looked outside the window to see the sun was already beginning to set. I stood up, stretching before settling my hand on my stomach, a habit I had gotten used to.

"Okay, take me to your room."

She nodded, grabbing my hand and guiding me down the halls, pushing me lightly into the room. I gagged at how pink it was but she ignored my reaction, pushing me down into the chair in front of her mirror.

"Shu-san will most likely be ready before you so he'll be heading to the venue first."

I nodded and she began brushing my hair softly, putting it into a braided half-up half-down style, putting small flowers through them. She used a curler to curl my ends before spraying it with a shit ton of hairspray, my lungs nearly suffering from the fumes.
