Dore continues to block Broly's onslaught. Using his energy shields, he holds his own against each heavy punch Broly unleashes at him. He has no idea what to do because Broly is not stopping and he doesn't give Dore any room to breathe.
"Any of you guys around?" Dore says to his scouter, "Neiz? Salza?"
Nothing. Broly breaks through one of his shields and sends Dore flying a distance away. Dore catches himself as Broly is already in his face and punches him again. Broly charges a green light energy around his body and gathers it into his palm to form a bright-green energy sphere: his Eraser Cannon technique. Next, he waves his hand forward and fires the attack at Dore. Dore decides to tackle the blast head on as his armor begins to peel away and the last shield he had is broken.
"RAAAAUGHHHHHHH"
Dore shouts off the top of his lungs and manages to gain enough strength to push back to Broly who easily knocks it into the sky, hitting several soldiers in the process. Broly stays contempt as he proceeds his assault on his enemy.
"Neiz! Salza! Do you copy?!" Dore shouts into his scouter.
Nothing once again. Then, a voice calls in response.
"Dore-"
"NightHollow?"
"Neiz—Salza—are down..."
Dore is shock to hear the news. Hearing that his teammates have been defeated began to anger him to the point, when Broly looms near ready to send another Eraser Cannon, Dore fires a his own version of an Eraser Cannon, dubbed the Dore Grenade. The massive wave of purple energy catches Broly off guard and sends him flying into a building. Broly easily gets up astonished by the power that just hit him and sees Dore charging straight at him with uncontrollable furry. Fueled by only anger, Dore's power increases with each punch he throws at Broly that actually makes the latter feel pushed back. Broly isn't able to do anything as Dore uses several wrestling moves against him. Dore twists him around, placing Broly into a submission. Broly tries to break out of it, but Dore uses all his newly acquired strength to fight back.
"Come on now, I know you're holding back" Dore says tightening his hold, "show me everything you got."
Broly lets out a scream as Dore tightens a bit more. He tries hard to get free and pounds his free hand into the ground, pushing himself up. He manages to break free of Dore's hold while Dore puts him in one of his signature bear hugs to hold Broly in place.
"Come on, Broly isn't it? Cut loose already."
Broly refuses the call and resists Dore's tightening grip. It begins to frustrate Broly whose strength starts to increase once again and he overpowers Dore, breaking free of the hold. He unleashes a very strong blow straight to Dore's chest, sending him flying through several buildings into a pile of rubble. Dore is in shock from the immense power he had just witnessed first hand.
"Broly!!!" a voice cries out.
Broly looks in the air to see Cheelai maneuvering through the skies firing at a swarm of soldiers tailing behind her. There's too many for her to handle and they're coming at her at all sides. Broly wastes no time leaping into the air to go save her. Meanwhile, as Broly leaps away, Dore crawls out of the rubble seeing Broly save Cheelai from the other soldiers, noticing how protective he is of her. An epiphany comes to him.
"That's how I can get him to cut loose."

Writer's Fun Fact:
Rather short chapter but this was meant to be as the next one is going to be long. With Neiz and Salza out for the count we only have Dore and Tarble left of the Armored Squadron and both have connections to two of the Z-Fighters at this very moment. I wanted to make Dore based on his origins of being a former wrestler on his home planet not be afraid of Broly's immense power but welcome it. Right now, Broly is a character, stated in earlier chapters, who is afraid to lose control once again and Dore wants to see that, deeming it a challenge he wants to face head on.
