Within the cold interior of the Big Gete Star, Cheelai lands the ship in the docking bay where the Z-Fighters exit to see the metallic interior. Yamcha and Krillin start to feel chilly from how cold it is inside.
"Boy it's chilly in here" Yamcha comments.
"You said it" Krillin responds.
Tarble pulls up a schematic of the ship and points at a certain room within the core.
"If we follow this tunnel, it should lead us straight to the core."
The Z-Fighters prepare themselves and follow behind Tarble, leading the way.
Meanwhile on the bridge, Kikono sees the percentage of the planet's energy drained is at 90% as the droid are hard at work keeping it the Star in operation. BerryBlue, disgusted by how things have been going thus far, sneaks away from the bridge and rushes down the hall.
Tarble guides the others through passageways avoiding guards along the way. They reach a corridor and Tarble accesses the door leading them inside. The room is dark and everyone lights the way with their ki glowing on their palm. Tarble walks ahead and finds a lever at the end of the hall.
"The core should be behind this door" he says.
"Well that was easy" 18 comments, "I'm surprised it's not heavily guarded."
"That's the problem. It shouldn't be so easy" Piccolo chimes in.
Tarble pulls the lever and they enter inside.
Meanwhile, Cooler and Vegeta are exchange blows, but the former has the upper hand. Vegeta gets punched straight to the ground and he shouts charging up and rushes straight at Cooler as Goku tries to help. Goku is easily beaten down just in time for Cooler to notice Vegeta fire a Big Bang Attack. He catches it with one hand as it burns and Cooler sends it straight towards Goku. Broly stops it in time and gives Goku a chance to instant transmission towards Cooler whose distracted by a volley of ki blasts Vegeta constantly fires and kicks him towards Broly who grips him in the neck. Broly slams Cooler to the ground and they hear sounds coming from the Big Gete Star.
On the bridge, Kikono is checking out the data from hud displays.
"Sir, the Big Gete Star is ready" a droid says.
"Start the operation."
Inside the core, Tarble and the others find themselves within a large metallic dome covered in wires and blinking lights with a massive supercomputer amplifying in the center of the room.
"And I thought it be a simple off button" Trunks says.
They gaze upon the core itself as they hear someone nearby, ready to blast them if need be. Appearing from the opposite side is BerryBlue who raises her arms up in surrender.
"You" Tarble says.
"I know why you're all here. We gotta destroy the computer chip inside in order to destroy it" she replies.
Suddenly the room lights up as sounds of screeching fill their ears. The entire core starts to shake.
"What's happening?"
"They've started..."
A loud alarm sounds and it calls in several pods to appear out of hatches all aligned within the wall. The pods open and transform into very large, heavily armored bodies with elongated shoulder plates and small heads with one large, red eye. They have long arms with transforming appendages as well as feet that can be used to simply walk or skid across ground. These are the Cyclopian Guards. The Guards surround the Z-Fighters as they prepare themselves for what may come next.
"You guys hold them off. I'll get the chip," Cheelai shouts.
The Z-Fighters charge at the Guards as a swarm of them activate and roll on towards them. One Guard grapples onto Piccolo and fires shots that Piccolo has to shield himself from till Trunks is seen being held down. Yamcha saves him before three Guards tower above.
"Wolf fang fist!"
Yamcha claws his way through the three guards and finishes it off with a kamehameha. Trunks turns super saiyan and charges ahead followed behind by 18 as support and Tarble alongside them.
"You're my father's brother right?" Trunks asks.
"Yeah, you must be Trunks. I'm your Uncle."
'Save the proper introductions for later why don't ya let's settle this first" 18 says.
The two charge and shout off the top of their lungs as 18 kicks directly into a Guard's head.
