With Cooler now gone, Goku and the others revert back to their base forms and fall to the ground catching their breaths. A relief falls over them as they take deep breaths. Tarble arrives and Goku leans up to greet him.
"Hey, thanks for your help out there," he says.
"No problem. I have to thank my brother thought for he's the one that showed me I wasn't alone and there was something true to really fight for."
Goku looks at Vegeta and grins making him embarrassed being put on the spot. Broly lies on the ground beside Gohan as they look at the sky and hear everyone coming near them. Tarble helps Goku and Vegeta to stand and they see Frieza is staring at the sky above where the sun is, angered by his brother's actions.
"Hey, Frieza!" Goku shouts.
Frieza breaks out of his trance and sees Goku walking up to him but suddenly he stops when several surviving soldiers of the Cooler Force arrive in front of Frieza. Goku, Tarble and Vegeta prepare to fight as Frieza wonders what the soldiers might be doing when one by one they all bow before him. BerryBlue appears and comes forth in front of Frieza.
"These men have stayed loyal to you since the start my Lord" she says, "we are humbled to have you back in power."
Frieza is surprised by their gesture and feels amused saying, "My, I appreciate the sudden loyalty, the fact if you didn't bow before me, I would've killed you all."
He turns to face Goku who nods.
"I hope you know Goku, this doesn't change things between us. But, as per our agreement, I will leave you all alone for sometime. Please, do keep in mind I will return."
Goku smirks, anticipating for that day to come and responds, "I look forward to it Frieza." Frieza and his remaining army leave as they take one of the remaining ships still functioning that the soldiers used to escape the Big Gete Star. The rest of the Z-Fighters, alongside Broly and Gohan, reconvene with Vegeta, Goku and Tarble. They all greet each other and celebrate their victory. Meanwhile, a distance away underneath all the rubble, Salza crawls his way out and struggles to keep himself straight. He sees everyone happy and realizes that Cooler and the Big Gete Star are gone and the defeat that befallen him and his friends. He crawls over to a nearby pod and sets for takeoff into space. Piccolo notices the pod soar away and takes notice before presuming to speak with Gohan and the others.
At Capsule Corp, Whis and Beerus watch the sunset as Bulla is happy in his arms. Videl and Pan appear from inside having taken refuge and sees around them all the bodies of fallen soldiers.
"It seems things are back to normal" Whis says, "they did it."
"Who knows how long till the next threat looms for them" Beerus comments.
They all arrive back at Capsule Corp with their clothes all beaten up and exhausted. Behind them the city has befallen into ruin beyond repair and it's a complete utter mess.
"How are we going to fix all of this?" Tarble asks.
"It's a good thing I managed to come back in time."
They all turn to see Bulma and the Pilaf gang with all seven dragon balls in hand and she places them all on the ground before them, summoning shenron the great wishing dragon.
"I am Shenron. I shall grant you only two wishes."
"Alright Shenron, I'll make this quick for you. I wish for everything that was destroyed to return back to normal."
Instantly all of West City is restored and cleaned up as if nothing ever happened. Tarble is amazed by the power Shenron has as he asks, "what is your second and final wish?"
"I wish for a ship that can take Tarble with enough supplies!"
Tarble looks to see what had said that and it's none other than his brother Vegeta himself much to everyone's shock. Vegeta walks up to his younger brother as Tarble is left in tears. Shenron grants his wish and bestows upon them a ship stocked full of supplies.
"Farewell" Shenron states and all the Dragonballs vanish, scattering throughout the planet once more.
Tarble enters the ship and is amazed. He looks back at his brother who tries to keep his cool while stating, "you can come anytime. This is your home too." Tarble quickly hugs Vegeta much to his older brother's surprise and Vegeta gives in and hugs him too. The tender moment is ruined however when Vegeta sees everyone is watching with surprise.
"What are you all looking at!!!" he shouts.
Trunks walks up to his uncle and gives him a pound.
"You did pretty good out there. You're pretty strong" Tarble tells him.
"Will you ever come by again?" Trunks asks.
Tarble smiles and says, "of coarse I will." Bulma arrives and greets herself to him and they all chat for a moment before bidding Tarble farewell.
