HER POV

Finally, she will be meeting her old pal again. It's almost ten years when they last saw each other. She's now on one of that restaurant table waiting for Christine. As agreed with Arch. Linton, they will meet there for the very first time to talk about the project. The artsy restaurant was the best place to meet up since that was owned by Christine's brother, Carl, who by the way seen zoned her. Christine instructed her to meet up there through her boss since it would be surely private, as what she wants, because Chef Carl agreed to use that place before they open at 11:00.

"What am I going to say?" she asked herself. She's very nervous but since she's been an actress for more than a decade, she felt she can use all her experience to act naturally. It was all an act anyways. She would come to Tin and tried to win her heart so the latter would help her fake fiance to get the help he wants.

She remembered the golden girl. Her friend is brilliant but shy because of her eye glasses. Her golden blonde hair is a plus but she would cover her curvy body with a black ensemble and yet she would stand out.

Patty felt her phone vibrated and she took it once she learned that it's Christine's boss who's calling.

"Hello it's James," she answered curiously.

"Hi Ms. James, I'm sorry to inform you that Tin will be late today for thirty five minutes. Her plane will arrive late due to air traffic. Is it okay for you to wait?" the handsome architect told her.

"Uhm," she looked into her wrist watch. That small corporate event she will be hosting will be at night anyways. "Ok, I'll try to wait. I'm on the venue anyways. I didn't expected to arrive here early"

"Oh, apologies Ms. James. Also, there's an engineer who will be coming in advance. The one I'm telling you about?" the guy informed

"For the internal analysis. Yes," bobbing her head even if the guy can't see her. "But I hope I can trust him to make it private?" Engineers are known for being flirt based from her experience and she doesn't need any advances throughout that job. Like knowing her number and persistently asked her to hang out

The guy from the other line laughed, "Don't worry Ms. James. It's a her and Tin's future sister-in-law."

What? The wonder chef is getting married? Tsk, he is so damn fine on his social media account!

"Okay, if that's the case its alright. I'm just here waiting," she replied, ending their conversation. When the restaurant's staff escorted her, she thought the chef would come to her table for simple meet and greet but it seems like the guy is busy inside his kitchen

She was on her thought, trying to figure out what she would do when she heard a familiar tone growling at her

"You!" the other girl asked. The girl's hair is black but unlike her, she have those dark blue eyes that covered with anger as she stared at her

"You! Why are you here?" she responded in surprise

"Wait, wait, you knew each other?" another girl asked in her brown over all shorts. The girl is taller. Even taller than her

The black haired turned and asked the girl beside her, "She's Christine's client?"

She chuckled sarcastically, "I am meeting Christine, not you! What is going on in here?"

"You freaking snake you're appearing again in our lives for what? You have hidden agenda, I know it!" that assumption again. She heard that slipped so many times from that girl and she's tired of it!

"Excuse you. I didn't stole your boyfriend. He's not even yours!" she retracted

"Oh fudge your Patricia James," the brown hair woman announced in surprise. The girl knew her, she's still relevant then
