The old woman's blue eyes had been staring at him  for a minute now. Her eyes travelling on his face while tapping those fingers on her elbows crossed on her torso

"Ahm, is she here?" he asked again

The woman with brown and grey hair scowled, "Who are you?"

"I'm Gabriel White. I'm friend of he….."

"Nina!" the old woman yelled while still staring at him. That startled him too

A younger woman with a brown head and black lens appeared and looked at the old woman nervously.

"Go upstairs and ask your employer if she knew a Gabriel White," the old lady commanded. The younger woman nodded and run.

The younger woman appeared again while breathing hard, "Ms. Barbara, she said if he's blonde hair, got cute heart shape face, blue eyed and seems desperate to have a friend then he is Gabriel White"

"Ask her again if the guy got a cleft chin," the old woman barked again while still glaring at him. The younger woman run again. "I never saw you before," the woman who the younger one called Barbara spoke to him.

"Ahm," he cleared his throat and started rocking on his heels. "We just became friends last year," he reasoned

"The girl's husband is very very jealous one, alright? You're too handsome to be her friend. Simon and Luke is too much already," she said

"They're my frie…."

"Ms. Barabara, yes he had a cleft chin," the girl appeared cutting him and still exhaling. She might have running up and down on their stairs

"Ask her again if she wanted to see this guy. I don't trust him. He looks too smart," Barbara said and the younger girl exhaled before running again

"I've been here a lot of times Ms. Barbara," he explained. "As a matter of fact, I sometimes cook for her." He's been standing on that house porch for a long time. The longest than the first time he met Jb on her household. The woman in front had that same features with the mischievious eyes like friend of his, though an older version. She might be the scary mother they all talking about.

"So? I still don't trust you," the old lady answered

"Ms. Barbara, Ms. J said let him in," the Nina one said shyly

The old lady sided on that door at last, providing him a space to pass through. Nina pointed him the stairs, "She said you can go upstairs. She's on the first room to the right"

He frowned. That would be the first time he's going on the second floor of that Victorian house and he felt awkward. There's two girls downstairs anyways so there's no risk on Carl's rage if the husband knew about it. He needs someone to talk to and he admitted that the girl was the safest one.

"Hi baby Gab! Come in. Long time no see," Jb greeted inside a pink room with a lot of animal pictures painted on the wall. She's carrying a small child. Jb gave birth that third week of February and now glowing while looking at their precious bundle.

"Your girl will send Carl to a lot of trouble when she grew up I see," he commented, as he finally saw that brown head two week old child with green eyes.

Jb straightened and frowned, "Why?"

"She got those rare eyes of Carl and a beautiful face of her mother. Troublesome. I think Carl needs to scare a lot of men in the future"

She laughed at it, "It's me that they need to be afraid of"

"That's sensible, I forgot to factor in that as you are a scary woman. Now you're a full blown scary mother"
