CHAPTER 28: Banished!!

CASPIAN

The pain from the burning sensation to turn me hurt worse than the pain you experience once it is removed. And as much as I didn't mean to lie or be deceitful to Evanora, I couldn't have her risk being turned again. So I took the demon DNA one instead. 

The pain was unbearable and once I shifted, I next lunged for LaVarkin's father and grabbed him by the throat, making him drop the Elders and eventually lost track and sight of Evanora and Payton as well. Though I noticed my Beta shifted quickly before jumping in and helping me out.

Th Elders from both the Witch and Wolf council were trying to gasp for air and catch their breaths again to regain their strength. In the meantime however, both my Beta and I were being thrown around like rag dolls and barely getting a chance at this prick.

Then as I struggle to try and get back up from after being forcefully thrown against one of the walls and hitting the ground hard, I noticed several feet away from me, LaVarkin flying through the air and hitting the wall behind me before hitting the ground hard.

Suddenly there were gusts of strong wind blowing through the place, it was a storm was erupting or a tornado even as everything began flying around everywhere along with the dead corpses and then the army of darkness suddenly shattered into dust then tosses around in the whirlwind also.

It took us all a moment before we looked and saw Evanora walking slowly with her palms faced out beside her while she focused then on LaVarkin and her eyes seemed to be an electric blue while she was chanting something.

Next I noticed out the corner of my eye, LaVarkin was grabbing his throat and choking as he continued making eye contact with her with plead in his eyes. Then I hear her say something.

"Now I shall seal forever your fate
With your neck as it turns your head and
  breaks." She finishes then the wind stops and everything that was flying in the whirlwind, was now scattered everywhere all over the room.

The army of darkness along with LaVarkin were gone and while his dad looked ar his son's body on the ground with his head turned all the way around, he begins to become more enrages and starts huffing and puffing until he looks at Evanora and starts going after her.

I try and get to him before but can't as the pain I am feeling from hitting the wall is intensifying more and more by the second.

Soon though, I realize she doesn't need me as I see her stop him while holding up her hand in front of them.

"You fucking bitch!" He curses at her while trying to punch through some invisible force type wall.

"May you leave and never return
May you remain in hell always to burn
Now I shall seal forever your fate...." She started but was interrupted by him and his evil laughter.

"You have no power strong enough to get rid of me. You can never banish me." He states.

She next raises her hand as it seems to lift him at the same time high in the air.

"I ask those from the light to take away in this hour
  This evil man and all his power...." She starts again.

"No, wait..." He begins to protest with fear in his eyes this time.

"May he forever remain in only darkness
  Shall he never return and be forever
  banished." She finishes and then I hear her start talking really fast while continuing to look up at him still as the wind picks up

I can tell he is struggling and whatever she is saying to him is working as we all start to hear his bones begin to crack then we see his body eventually turning into ashes that are soon swept into the whirlwind she has created along with now the ashes of his son and all others that were part of his world.

Then everything stops and there is nothing but silence that fills the air around us. The entire place has been disarrayed with everything tossed all over the place and broken.

I wince and hold my side while walking up towards her after shifting then finding a cloaked robe that one of the Council people wore and cover myself up right as I stop after I hear her gasping for air loudly and deep.

"Evanora?" I ask while inching a little closer and hesitatingly then place my hand onto her shoulder, worried at what I might see.

She turns and smiles at me with those beautiful eyes she always had and her gentle sweet smile.

"I guess I never needed the demon strength. My parents, I felt them when I was alone in the room with LaVarkin." She smiles.

"They were demon hunters. They found them and they sent them back to the underworld." She smiles and tears up a bit.

"That's good." I smiled and winced as the pain became more intensified.

"You're hurt." She says looking down at me worried.

"I'll be okay." I tell her while starting to feel light headed.

"Sit down." She tells me while kneeling down beside me.

"Ahhh...." The Elders both started to groan as they sat up and held their heads.

"What happened?" The Head Council for the Witches asks.

"We sent LaVarkin and his father back to the Underworld. But we have a bigger problem now. Caspian is hurt badly and I need supplies to help him." She begins.

The next thing I hear are the doors being busted opened in the front of the place and in comes running everyone including the rest of my pack.

"Did we make it in time?" One of the pack members from another pack asks.

"You guys missed it." Payton says.

"Damnit!" One of the other pack members say.

"But I need your guys' help. Help carry him over to the bed in the bedroom down the hall there where there's a hole in it. And as for the rest of you, I need a few of you to accompany Payton into the woods to gather some things. Then the rest of you stay here and help clean up the mess." Evanora ordered.

They all looked down at me worried and in shock.

"You're so sexy when you bark orders." I try and make her laugh a little.

She starts to laugh a little at me and the next thing I feel are many strong hands lifting me up off the ground and start carrying me.
