Chapter 32

{Izuku Midoriya p.o.v}

The day that went by yesterday is still running through my mind, I couldn't sleep at all last night and I'm still shocked actually.
Ochako likes me a lot and I can't believe I kissed her too. I was so nervous and didn't know what to say or do, and what I said to her gives me butterflies. It's impossible to process the whole thing.
Turning over on my bed, I put my hand down on my pillow. I squeeze my pillow in frustration but then I get confused.
This feels more squishy than usual and more round than a pillow actually is. It feels more like....nah that's impossible, it's only me here.
I open my eyes with blurry and tired vision. I rub them to see clearer, but then I see a girl next to me.
Huh?
Sitting up, I see she's asleep so I move the hair from her face and see...
URARAKA!? But how!? Looking to where my hand is, I see I've been touching....WHAT!?
"Uhh...Ochako?" She opens her eyes and sees me staring at her. And the only thing she's wearing is one of my shirts and her....
PANTIES!?
"D-Deku!"
I jump out of bed, falling on the floor in shock and embarrassment.
"WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE!? I KNOW YOU LIKE ME BUT THIS IS A LITTLE FAR DON'T YOU THINK!?"
"I-It's not like that, I swear! I'm not that weird!"
I look at the clock and see it's 7am, Mom should still be sleeping so I better be quiet.
"Why are you in my bed then?"
She rubs her eyes, "I'm sorry for this. But after our date, Kirishima confronted me at my front door and forced me to tell him who won your fight. He looked really pissed at the answer, he probably thought I was lying or something. But his expression scared me so I came here just in case. I'm sorry."
"And uhhh...why are you wearing one of my shirts?"
"Oh, I didn't want to sleep in my daily clothes, and I don't have anything else since I didn't think of bringing any clothes or something with me. I hoped you wouldn't mind."
"But you're...in your um..."
She covers herself in my blankets and turns red.
"S-Sorry, I usually sleep like this. I'll go now anyway."
After putting her regular clothes back on, I guess she forgot that she could change in the bathroom? She changed in front of me the whole time. I turned around with my face red of course.
She looked so beautiful...
"Sorry! I didn't think about it."
"I-It's okay. But if you're so scared, you can stay with me for the day."
"Really?"
"Yeah, I don't mind."
She smiles and nods, "But first, I'll go back to my house to get myself actually changed and look more decent. I don't live far from here anyway."
She climbs out my window and runs to her house. I didn't think she was like this at all.
What did Kirishima do?
I get ready myself and leave the house.
Should I wait for Ochako? Or find Kirishima while she's gone? She probably doesn't want to see him face to face for a little bit. Maybe she won't be done for a while anyway?
I walk around, the group happens to live pretty close by to each other so there's a 50/50 chance that I'll run into him.
But I've been walking around for about an hour and still no sign of him.
I hope Ochako won't be worried about me being gone. I knew I should've stayed.
"Hey, Midoriya!" I see Kaminari and rush to him.
"Kaminari, have you seen, Kirishima?"
"Yeah, I just came across him a minute ago, just around the block. I'm sure he's not too far now."
"Thanks!" I run around the block and finally see his red hair from the back, walking down the sidewalk.
"Kirishima!" He stops and turns to me.
"Oh hey, Midoriya."
"I wanted to talk to you for a minute."
"About what?"
"Well uh Uraraka, told me that you confronted her pretty aggressively last night about who won the fight between me and Kacchan."
"So? I just wanted to know."
"You didn't have to be so, ummm, rude about it."
"Sorry then?"
"Actually it's not me that you should apologize to."
"Why are you acting so protective about it?"
"I'm just worried about it. You really scared her."
"Are you finally dating her or something?"
I turn red and scratch the back of my head in nervousness, "Well uhhh..."
He laughs and puts his hand on my shoulder, "It's about time that you finally made a move. Wait until everyone finds out!"
"Wait what!?" He runs and I just stand there.
That was fast. I guess I should just head back to my house and see if Ochako is waiting for me all of this time.
I get to the front door and see Ochako walk up too, "Oh hey, Deku. You went out too?"
"You haven't been waiting here?"
"No, actually. But I wouldn't mind since you went somewhere."
"Uraraka!"
We look back and see Kirishima, she hides behind me and he stops.
"Oh, my bad. I just wanted to say I'm sorry about last night. I was anxious after looking for you for hours and I was upset about the news. After all, I did get kicked out of a window."
We gasp, "KICKED OUT A WINDOW!?"
"But anyways, I didnt mean to scare you."
He holds out his hand and she comes out from behind me and shakes it.
"It's okay. I understand."
"Great! Thanks for letting me know too, Midoriya."
She looks at me, "That's where you went?"
"Yeah, haha. Sorry."
She smiles and shrugs, "It's okay. Thanks for protecting me."
I look back up at him and he's smiling, "Y'all are too cute."
She crosses her arms, "You're acting like Hatsume, you know that?"
"Oh, I'm sure you'll hear from her soon. And everyone else for that matter."
"Why is that?"
We hear running, it sounds like a lot of people though. Walking to the sidewalk to see, here comes the whole class running up to us and yelling.
"URARAKA AND MIDORIYA! SITTING IN A TREE!"
"YOU'RE FINALLY TOGETHER!"
"IT'S ABOUT TIME!"
"K-I-S-S-I-N-G!"
"YOU WERE RIGHT, KIRISHIMA!"
"Uhhh...Ochako...we should probably run."
She grabs my hand and we run away from the group but they follow us anyway.
"KIRISHIMA!!!"
He laughs while running with the group.
"Sorry, Midoriya! I couldn't help myself!"
This is going to go on forever.

"And everyone was chasing us eventually, I didn't think everyone cared so much about stuff like that. Sheesh, U.A. is insane."
I look up at All Might and he has a kawaii expression again and looks totally amazed, "Um, what are you doing?"
"YOUNG MIDORIYA! YOU FINALLY GOT TOGETHER AND YOUR STORIES ARE SO CUTE!"
I huff,  "Not you too. Come on, man, act grown will you? It's not a big deal."
"It is for you. It's actually impressive that someone actually got with you."
"And why is that? I'm a gentleman, a hero in training, polite."
"You cry a lot actually. Like I said before, I thought your quirk was crying your eyes out. You cry hardcore and it's actually quite shocking."
I just stare at him in annoyance, "You have no idea how to be nice when it matters." He laughs as we're training on the beach again.
"Hey, All Might. A few weeks ago, Uraraka, Tokoyami, and I, went for lunch and I kind of thought it was a good idea to give the group some kind of hero name."
"A team hero name?"
"Yeah."
"Hm." He thinks for a few minutes.
"Well do you guys like anime?"
"Who doesn't?"
"Then how about, Anime Avengers?"
"Anime Avengers? Aren't the Avengers that group of heroes from America?"
"I guess, but I wasn't thinking of that, I just thought that you're all avengers in your own ways. And if you all like anime, then it works pretty well."
"Hm, I like it. Anime Avengers. You got it."
