{Izuku Midoriya p.o.v}

"Okay guys, since we faked our plan the last time because Bakugo was present, we need to talk about the real one."
Iida raises his hand, "Yes, Iida?"
"I think it would be best to go for Shigaraki last. Defeating the other villains first will make it easier and give us time to stick with the plan."
Kaminari looks at him, "Won't going for him last give him time to escape or come up with a plan to trap us? Shouldn't we all fight the regular villains while All Might fights Shigaraki?"
"We already talked about letting All Might have a break, you watt-pad." Jiro rolls her eyes at him.
I pull out a big roll of paper and place it on a table in the training room.
"Ribbit, what's that?"
"This is a map of their base and the areas around it. It shows about a 20 mile radius of the buildings and streets around the base. I'm sure we'll be fighting them throughout the streets shown on here and possibly on buildings or in them. So be cautious of the surroundings and look over this map to become familiar with it so that you remember where is what. You'll need to remember each location like the back of your hand."
They look at it for a while and Todoroki looks at me, "Are you putting us in groups as well?"
"Yes. Based on quirks that do well together will be a group, and each group will have 3 people. You might be paired with someone you don't like but you'll have to get over that, now isn't the time for conflict with each other."
"Right!"
"Ashido, Mineta, and Asui. You guys are group 1."
"Don't touch my balls okay? They're delicate."
"Mineta, you're so disgusting."
"DON'T JUDGE ME ASHIDO!"
"Group 2 is Sero, Kirishima, and Todoroki."
"Sweet! It's going to be easy with Todoroki by our side!"
"Next is Iida, Ojiro, and Tokoyami as group 3."
"Yes, Midoriya!"
"Group 4, Shoji, Yaoyorozu, and Sato."
"Group 5 is Kaminari, Aoyama, and Uraraka."
"You got it, Deku!"
"And lastly, group 6 is Hagakure, Jiro, and Koda."
"I'm so excited! They won't see me coming!"
"Literally." Jiro smirks.
"Does anyone have any questions about the groups?"
They shake their heads, "Alright then. Now, you'll all be placed in an environment that will match your quirks as well as possible. Not everything will work out but it's better than nothing working at all for any of us."
"Midoriya, where will you be during all of this?"
"I'll be fighting Kacchan in the meantime."
"BY YOURSELF!?"
"I'll be fine. I've survived him more than once."
They huff and look at the map again.
"We don't have long to plan everything though, so we'll have to do as much as possible before they decide when to start the fight and who knows whenever that is."
"Hey Midoriya," I look at Kaminari, "what if the villain our group has to fight doesn't go well with our quirks?"
"Just try the best you can. This will be like when Mr.Aizawa told us that we would be sent home if we failed our test on the first day of school last year but it was really a lie to make us try our hardest. We need to try our hardest again no matter who the villain is, this time it isn't a lie. This is for real."
They nod, "Also you'll need to trust one another, and look at a different angle together in order to defeat them. Even if your quirks may or may not work against them. If you think hard enough, you can think of a way to defeat them with something that WILL. I believe in us and you need to believe in yourselves too."
Kirishima stands by me and looks at everyone, "He's right, guys. This is our time to show the world what we've got and be heroes! We can do anything when we're beyond plus ultra!"
Iida, Uraraka, and Todoroki stand on the other side of me, "Team Deku!"
Everyone smiles and cheers, "TEAM DEKU AND PLUS ULTRA!"
I smile in confidence, "Beyond plus ultra!"
"AH HA! This is the commotion I heard!"
We look at the door and see All Might with his fists on his hips in his buff body and a wide smile on his face.
"ALL MIGHT!"
"You kids sound determined about the fight, I'm very proud that you are all so confident about becoming a hero!"
Kaminari runs in front of him, "We want to be just like you!"
Jiro groans, "Cram it derp brain. He's talking here."
"STOP CALLING ME NAMES!"
"Brain frier."
"CLOWN CHEEKS!"
"Lightning McQueen failure."
"BOWL HAIRCUT!"
"Bug zapper."
"TANGLED EARPLUGS!"
"Dunce face."
"PLANK TORSO!"
They all gasp and Yaoyorozu crosses her arms, "That was too far Kaminari!"
All Might and I just look at each other.
Are they seriously arguing right now?
"Um guys, I said no arguing earlier remember?"
"SHE STARTED IT!"
"And I'm finishing it! This battle is more important than arguing over names!"
Kaminari mumbles to himself while walking to the back of the group, "I'm not a dunce face..."
All Might clears his throat, "Alright then! So, young heroes....ready to kick some butt!?"
"YEAH!"
"Then let's get training and planning!"
