Chapter 33

“Ok everyone downstairs!” Debby called from the hallway. Tom and I broke away from mid kiss and massive smiles appeared on both of our faces “Come on we best get down and see what she wants” he smiled ; I bit my lip and nodded. We both got up and off the bed and headed towards the door. I was about to reach out to open the door but Tom stood in front of it before I could get there. “Tom move” I laughed and tried to push him out of the way but he wouldn’t budge. “I’ll move on one condition” “ok fine what?” “Kiss me” he winked, I rolled my eyes and leant up and kissed him. I pulled away and smiled “Come on” I laughed. I opened the door and we both headed downstairs.

We walked down and entered the living room where everyone was sitting on the sofas waiting for us I guess. There was Will and Bex on one sofa and Ben, James and Debby on the other and my dad was sat in the arm chair. The only space that was left was next to Will and Bex. “I’m guessing by you two smiling you guys have made up” said Dad. “You could say that” I said “Well good it was about time” Debby smield. Tom sat down next to Will and patted his lap I laughed and sat on his lap “erh May you weigh a ton” Tom said “Shut up I’m not that heavy anyway it’s all my muscle being an athlete and all” “But you way more than elephant” he grinned I knew what he was doing he was trying to wind me up but it wasn’t working just yet. “Oh Tom you are such a charmer” I said sarcastically. “But there is more than one athlete in this room” he winked “Aww I know by the way Willis going he could be a professional rugby player!” I smiled at Will. He grinned.  I replied we both laughed. “You know I joking right babe?” he whispered in my ear I leant back so I was leaning on him “I was kinda hoping you was”

 “Darling work have just called it’s an emergency “ he smiled weakly “Oh ok I’ll just get my jacket” I was about to get up “No need I said you can stay here and if need be stay over tonight I’m sure you’d rather stay with us than be at home alone all by yourself” Debby said. Tom poked me gently in the back. “Are you sure?” I asked “Of course it’s nice you being over again, like old times” she smiled “I’ll pop home grab some of your stuff and drop it round on my way” dad said “Ok thanks”. “Well I best go” “Ok I’ll talk to you later”  said. He left us to it. “Ok what does everyone want for tea?” asked Debby. “Pizza!” shouted Ben “No Chinese!” said Will “I like Chinese” said James “Yeah Chinese” Tom said from behind me. “Ok boys let’s see what the girls want “May what do you want?” Debby asked “I’m happy with Chinese” “Bex?” “I don’t mind” she said.

In the end we settled for a Chinese take away, which we sat in front of the telly watching x factor. My dad had dropped my stuff off which included my PJ’s, hair brush, change of clothes, tooth brush and my kit for the morning. Everyone was in their PJ’s except for Bex who was being picked up later. When we had finished dinner I helped Debby clear up and wash up, and she talked to me for about 40 minutes of memories she had from when we were all small and even dug out a few photos. For the rest of the night we watched the proposal and twilight. Tom and I had decided we wanted to tell everyone, when everyone was together even my dad so I guess we would have to wait for that time.

 Ben and James had gotten bored and gone to bed and Debby was doing something in the kitchen. So Tom and I were cuddled up on one sofa and Bex and Will on the other. No one had questioned it, I guess we have always been this close so it was all good. Every now and then Will would be ‘romantic’ and kiss Bex. To be honest it was quite cute but not when they were eating each other’s faces off. Tom and I would just look at each other and I would try and hid my fits of giggles as Tom would pull funny faces, and when they looked over we would pretend to either be talking or watching the telly. Bex got picked up around 12 ish and then we all went to bed. Tom helped me set up a bed next to his. He offered me his and for him to sleep on the floor but I insisted as I was the guest I would sleep there it was only fair. We said good night to Debby and Will then we got into bed.

“Tonight was such a laugh” I smiled even though I knew he couldn’t see me. “Yeah just like old times” “Will looked serious this time with Bex” “Maybe he will finally stay with a girl for over a week” we both giggled. “Give me and hug” he asked. I didn’t hesitate I stood up and slipped into Tom’s bed next to him. He wrapped his arm around me and I rested my head on his chest. I watched him and he set his alarm for 6. “Erhh I forgot about training tomorrow” I moaned “Come on at least I’m there it could be much worse” he winked “True” I laughed. “How can you watch twilight over and over again, I mean today was the first time I have ever watched it and it was boring” he said and dragged out the word boring. “It’s just so romantic and cute I donno I just love it” I smiled to myself and we lay in silence for a few moments “Tom?” I asked “Yeah” he said and turned round so he was facing me “I know this sounds cheesy but…will you be my Edward?” I laughed “That’s so cringey” he laughed “So you want me to be some gay vampire who sparkles” I tried not to laugh but I nodded “Ok on one condition” he said “Ok what?” “You be my Bella.”
