Chapter 1: It's complicated

He was walking through the corridors with Toothiana who was worried about something while he was unaware of her being tensed, he was confused she just happened to come to him and wanted to talk to him somewhere private.
"Jack, I know this is complicated but it's important to me" She said closing the door behind her of her dorm he was looking at her confused.
"You know how much this means to me... to be the world's best surgeon?" She asked fiddling with her fingers he was now even more confused.
"What are you trying to say, Tooth?" He asked taking her cold hands in his warm ones softly, she sighed and looked down ashamed.
"We've been dating for five years now and those are my best years that I can never forget but I think that you're a distraction to my career." She said without even stuttering he slowly let go off her hands and took a step away from her, he felt betrayed, he was hurt.
"W-what? Distraction?" Words could hardly escape his mouth, she bit her lip but now she wasn't ashamed anymore, she felt confident.
"Yes, everyday when I'm trying to concentrate on my studies you show up and even my grades aren't the same as before because of you, my life depends upon my career and my career is being the world's best surgeon and you're getting in my way" She said brushing her hands in her colorful dyed hair like rainbows, he was taken aback by her words.
"What about all those years that we spent together, don't they mean anything to you?" He asked his voice cracked just like his heart, he loved her more than anyone, she was the only one for him, he was all alone in this world without her.
"No they don't, don't you understand it was all a fucking time pass, waste of time, you're just not enough, you're just a stupid boy... I dated you because... because you're the center of attention in this University and I wanted a short cut to be seen by the CEO of this hospital but all you do is distract me and getting in my freaking way!" She said with venom in her voice, he furrowed his eyebrows tightly, his cyan blue eyes getting darker than ever.
"Such a two headed whore you are, how could I be so stupid to not notice? Oh god was I really this fucking stupid to be played by a whore?" He laughed dryly brushing his hand harshly in his hair, he looked at the whore before him and took a few steps away from her.
"I seriously can't believe I got played? And I loved you so very much? Stupid, stupid, so fucking stupid!" He grabbed a vase and threw it against the wall angrily, he saw it breaking into pieces just like his heart.
"Jack..." She tried to say but was interrupted.
"Shut up!" He shouted at the top of his lungs, she startled by his sudden outburst she was terrified by his loud tone for her, he never talked to her like this.
"What do you think of yourself? Huh? You two headed whore? That Toothiana the great will leave me and I'll every night cry myself to sleep over her?" He laughed dryly she winced at his tone, he shook his head and looked in her violet eyes.
"Don't worry I don't want anything to do with you, this is the very last time I'm asking you for a favor..." He whispered as a tear rolled down his cheek and a soft sob escaped his lips.
"Don't ever show me your face again" He said gritting his teeth and pushed her hard away from his sight and left the dorm closing the door behind with a loud thud that it was a miracle that the door didn't broke into two.
But maybe he forgot something, he forgot that he pushed her and she fell on the broken vase and the glass went through her hand.

After two weeks he heard of her again, he didn't attend any classes since two weeks, he just stayed in his room miserably but when he got back to attend his classes he heard rumors of Toothiana getting engaged with the CEO of the WonderLand Hospital.
So she finally got what she wanted? Why couldn't he get what he wanted? Was life always unfair to give evil people what they wanted so easily and for others to struggle but still get nothing?
He only wanted her, he only wanted to be happy, he didn't had anyone in his life, no family, nothing, he opened his eyes in an orphanage and when he got free admission in the world's best medical college WonderLand Hospital, a dream grew in his heart that he wanted to be the best cardio surgeon but someone else got more important than his dream.
Toothiana.
He finally began to think that he could finally have someone and have the best reason to live but little did he know that in every term of life he was always kicked hard by destiny, why wouldn't it happen now? He found himself foolish to forget it and have such a dream...
Sometimes he would think that maybe he deserves all of this...
But for what? What did he do to deserve all of this? Nothing...
Then maybe nobody deserves him? In every challenge of life he was badly insulted and disgraced, was he this weak to let anyone treat him like shit?
He would be strong now and nobody would dare to mess with him anymore.....that was for sure.
