Chapter 20: Save Me.

Hiccup, Nod and their team came out of the court with lines of frustration and disappointment etched on their foreheads. Simon O'Donnell had a twisted smile on his face, his hands were cuffed behind his back. He was walking in between Police Officers.

They were crowded with media and cameras, the microphones stretched out towards them for answers. Many questions were bombarded towards them. The questions they didn't want to answer.

Nod wanted to punch off the stupid smile from Simon's face. They finally reached the blue and white cars. Wasabi climbed inside a car.

Simon moved his lips that were etched into an ugly smirk towards Nod's ear.

"I'll be back in five years. I'll desperately wait for the time when I can have my hands on Mary Katherine. Till then tell her to count every single second for me, time is slowly running out for her...tick tick tick tick tick tick." Steam could be seen coming out of Nod's ears, his face was red and he was shaking with anger.

Nod punched him hard in the gut. He yelped in pain but then bursted out laughing, he laughed whole heartedly that tears could be seen in the corners of his strange grey eyes.

He grabbed his curly dark hair, moving his ear close to his lips. "You're running out of time, but don't worry I'll count every single second for you... Tick tick tick tick tick tick..."

His smile fell looking at the smirk on Nod's face and he pushed him inside the car closing the door shut. He motioned the driver to move, he sat in his car and all the cars started moving.

It wasn't a surprise for Nod that he knew about MK. Because when he was brought to the hospital his wallet was missing in which he had the picture of MK and him, he had their names written behind that picture. And it was no doubt that he lost his wallet in that abandoned building.

It's been a week since the incident with Elsa. And the court finally announced it's decision for Simon O'Donnell and the crimes he committed. He was taken as an underage teenage boy with mental problems so the punishment for him was given lightly. He was sentenced to jail for five years with psychiatrists provided for his mental health, after the duration of five years, he would be home jailed.

Elsa's case was buried because of Jack's connections, people won't bring her case up and no media or anyone could question Eugene or any of his friends. What happened with Elsa was only kept between the NYPD and Some of the doctors in the hospital. And that was it.

"What do you fucking mean? Hey!" He could hear Simon shouting from the car behind him. Nod smirked, Hiccup laughed from beside him.

"You little Asshole." Hiccup smacked his head.

"Ow, you fuck! It still fucking hurts."

"Drama Queen."

"Shut up, I had a concussion, didn't you hear Jack? I needed rest but I still came today."

"Yeah right. All hail Nod the hero." Hiccup bowed twice in front of Nod.

"I am a hero, you know. I was the one who found that fucker. I solved the impossible case. So say; I'm the best. Say it."

"Ok, I'm the best." Hiccup laughed.

"No! you Snot. Say; You're the best." Nod glared daggers at him.

"No problem bro. I'm the best. Here, anything for my best bud." Hiccup molded his words again.

"Go Fuck yourself, Asshole." Nod rolled his eyes, Hiccup laughed loudly.
