3 years later.....
Lumabas ako sa bathroom namin after kong mag-shower. Nakasandal si David sa kama habang nagbabasa siya ng tablet niya. He look so serious.
"Why are you so serious?" tanong ko tapos tumabi na ako sa kanya tapos nakisilip na rin ako sa binabasa niya.
"May emergency sa Tokyo and Singapore office so I need to go there next weekend." sagot niya sa akin then he showed me kung anong nangyari.
It's our 3rd wedding anniversary next weekend. He already made plans for us three to go sailing sa yatch na binili niya. First time namin gagawin sana iyon.
"You should go. We can celebrate pagbalik mo."
"I know but it's one of the most important celebration for us." Napaisip siya. "Why don't you come with me. I'll find time for us to celebrate?"
"Just the two of us?"
"For more alone time?" He grinned then he started kissing my ears and neck. "What do you think?"
"Paano si Gavin? He's very excited."
Sunod-sunod na may kumatok sa pintuan namin. Bumangon siya tapos binuksan niya iyon. Si Nay Coring dala-dala si Gavin na nakabihis na nang pantulog.
"Daddy!" excited na sigaw ni Gavin.
Binuhat niya si Gavin tapos dinala niya sa kama namin.
"Mommy!" masayang yakap niya sa akin then he kissed me. "I missed you both." Kakahatid lang siguro sa kanya ng mommy and daddy ni David. He likes to go to his grandparents house kapag weekend. Madami kasi siyang kalarong bata doon. Akala ko bukas pa sila darating.
"Can I sleep here po? I know I said I'll try to sleep on my own now but I missed you and I have so much to tell." nagpapacute pa siya sa amin.
"Come here my baby......" Pinahiga ko siya sa gitna namin ni David.
He'll be 3 years old in 4 months but he's very gifted. He can read and talk clearly. He learns really quick. We noticed that when he was one.
Nagsimula na siyang magkwento ng mga ginawa niya this weekend. May nakilala daw siyang bagong kaibigan na bagong lipat sa village nila mom and dad.
