it will and always be forever - Joe and dianne one shots

Parents

Today joe and diannes parents where netting for the first time. Joe had met Mark and rina and dianne had met Tracey and Graham but both sets of parents hadn't met each other. Joe and dianne had only been together for three months and it was quite early in their relationship but they knew they wanted this. They had booked a table at a restaurant and there they were going to meet the parents. Dianne had arrived with her parents a little but earlier and sat the opposite side to them so she could sit next to her boyfriend. She was getting nervous as joes parents and her parents where the total opposite. Then joe walked in with his mum and dad. They all introduced each other to one another and they all sat down round the table. Dianne sat next to joe and she could tell she was nervous. As everyone started their Conversations joe looked over at dianne and placed a protective hand around her.

"you ok, you seem nervous"
Joe whispered

Dianne nodded

"you sure dot"
Joe aksed

She let out an awkward smile and nodded again.

"we'll go and order drinks"
Joe said to everyone making up an excuse to talk to dianne a bit more without her feeling one edge.

Joe stood up and nodded to dianne to tell her to come with him. She grabbed onto joes hand and he pulled her up.

"what's up, is everything OK?"
Joe asked

"I'm fine"
She nodded

"dotty your not, remember you can tell me anything"
Joe told her

"I'm just a bit nervous about all of this. I've never been in a serious relationship like this, it's jsut a bit much if you get what I mean"
Dianne explained

"awwww, don't worry. It will all be fine, if you need anything just talk to me and I'll help you"
Joe smiled

"I love you..... Alot"
Dianne said

Joe pulled her in for a hug and he kissed her forehead. They ordered the drinks and carried them back to the table.

BY now dianne had calmed down a bit and started talking more. She was coming out of her shell a bit and was being herself, the side which joe loved to see.

"do you want to come back to mine tonight?"
Joe asked

"yeah, I'd love to"
Dianne smiled

She rested her head on his shoulder. She was way happier now as this was what she really wanted
