"BRIT!"
Joe screamed as he opened the door

"joe, how are you?"
Brit asked

"I'm so good, now that your here. I haven't seen you in ages"
He beamed

Brit was one of joes best friends. But they never got to see each other because joe lived in London and Brit lived in LA. They met at a YouTube convention in 2013 and spoke every day since. They were best friends.
Brit hadn't seen joe in a year as she couldn't make it to the strictly final which she really wanted to do but there were no flights left. So that meant she was yet to meet dianne.
Dianne was joes girl, his first ever girlfriend and it was going to be the first time he introduces Brit to a girlfriend, so as you can imagine he was nervous. He really wanted them to get along.

"so Where's Di?"
Brit asked exited to meet her

"she's at pro rehearsals for the tour. We have that coming up soon. So she's learning the group dances and the dances she has to teach me"
Joe told his best friend

Then they both heard a click

"speaking of the devil"
Joe laughed as he saw his girlfriend walk through the door

Dianne smiled walking through the door noticing that Brit had arrived.

"hey Brit. It's so nice to finally meet you"
Dianne said hugging her

"Di, it's so nice to finally meet you. Your so much more beautiful in real life"
Brit smiled

"oh stop it. I'm not that beautiful"
She laughed and then they all sat down. Brit and dianne getting to know each other, and Joe and Brit catching up.

After a while, dianne noticed that Joe was moving away from her a little and more towards where Brit was sat. She didn't think much of it at first but then she noticed he had moved his arm which was once around her waist and now it wasn't even touching her. Maybe it was because he didn't really want to be that PDA kind of couple but dianne was thinking the wrong way. Maybe he didn't like her any more. What if he liked Brit, in mroe of a friend way?

Deciding that was probably the case, she shuffled really far away from him and snuggling under a blanket by herself. At least a meter and a half away from him.

After a long 20 minutes of dianne sitting on her own, joe turned his head to her.

"what's up?"
He asked her like he wasn't even going to do anything. Almost like he didn't care.

"nothing"
She brushed it off, knowing that Joe wouldn't do anything

"no, tell me what's wrong"
Joe said firmer making dianne a little scared

"ill tell you later..... When we go to bed" she whispered

Later that night when the house was silent and Brit was downstairs in the guest bedroom, joe worried slightly. Maybe he did something to upset dianne. He didn't know.

He got into bed with her and she slowly shuffled as far away from him as possible

"hey dot....."
He said softly placing his arm on her waist. She took her hand and placed it on his moving his arm away from her.

"dianne.... Please baby"
He said softly again

She turned over and Joe saw her face. She looked very frustrated , he kissed her forehead lightly, stroking her hair behind her face.

"what's wrong?"
He asked

"well what do you think Joe?"
She said sitting up

"what have I done? Whatever I have done I'm sorry"
He told her

"there's no point in saying sorry Joe because I know you don't love me anymore"
Dianne said which made joes face turn.

"I do love you. More than anything dianne. Your jsut incredible. I'd never not love you"
Joe explained to her

"joe, stop laying I know you love Brit. You moved away from me when we were sat with her. You moved closer to her"

"I'm sorry dot but I was jsut uncomfortable. I don't want to be that PDA kind of couple. It's your first time meeting her"
Joe explained

"yeha but that doesn't matter joe. Your jsut frustrating me. If you love me, why don't you cuddle me or act like you'd dont care"
Dianne said

"listen..... I'm sorry"
He said reaching his arm over her body and hugging her tightly. She put her arm around him and smiled...
