"Joseph, how are you my darling?"
Phyllis smiled hugging her grandson tightly

"I'm good. How are you?"
He asked her

"I am very exited Joseph. I'm meeting my first great grandchild"
Phyllis told him

Joe walked in the house, helping his nan, as dianne followed with her little baby girl in her car seat. Joe helped his nan back into her chair and he sat down as dianne walked in.
Phyllis took a little look at the tiny baby in the car seat which dianne had placed on the floor. She let out an awww and Joe and dianne giggled looking down at their baby who had jsut woken up.

"so would you like to meet her?"
Dianne asked her

Phyllis nodded in excitement. She was very happy to be spending time with family as she was alone alot of the time but to be meeting her first great grandchild made this time even better for her.

Dianne knelt down to the car seat, unstrapping her daughter and lifting her up. Joe placing his hand on her back just incase. Dianne stood up and walked back to Phyllis handing her the little girl she ahd in her arms. Phyllis looked down on the little girl and Joe and dianne sat either side of her watching the pure happiness on her face. Her smile beamed from ear to ear as she held the girl.

"what's her name again?"
Phyllis asked

"isabella rae"
Dianne smiled looking at her

"she's absolutely....... Beautiful"
She smiled

"thank you"
Joe said

Phyllis held out her finger and isabella gripped onto it with her tiny little hand.

"awwww, look at her"
She cooed

"I know she looks jsut like dot doesn't she"
Joe said

"she definitely is a spitting image of dianne with your eyes jospeh. She's jsut wonderful"
Phyllis smiled

They watched the little baby in awe when dianne realised she was due a feed looking at the time

"joe could you go and get her bottle out the car"
She aksed

Joe then left leaving Phyllis, dianne and isabella rae on their own together.

"so my love. How is life as a mother?" Phyllis asked dianne

Dianne smiled
"I love it. I'm tired all the time but I do really love being a mum"

"and how was the Labour?"
Phyllis asked not knowing hardly anything because the fmwily had been very busy that week

"it was quite easy actually. It was a water birth which made it a whole lot easier, it was jsut me and Joe and the midwife which was what I wanted and five pushes and she was out"
Dianne explained

"so not very difficult then?"
She said and dianne nodded

Joe then returned back with the bottle which he has filled up in the kitchen. He walked back in with it and sat down.

"nan, would you like to feed her?"
Joe asked

"yes please Joseph"
She answered and Joe handed her the bottle and Phyllis watched feeding her the formula milk.
