Date To The Park

This was suggested by someone who does not want to be credited but thank you for the idea. You know who you are

Joe was treating dianne to a date. She had been on tour and hadn't seen each other for a whole so Joe thought this would be the perfect way to spend time with his girlfriend who he hadn't seen in just over a week. He had planned the whole thing. They took their bikes, riding them to the park and finding a quite and hidden spot where tehy could sit and eat the picnic joe had prepared. They sat under a tree together, eating scones and just enjoying each others company. Dianne ahd to go back to work tomorrow so they wanted to spend this time wisly and they definitely were.

"joe, look"
Dianne said standing up and walking over to a tree which had pink flowers on it about 5 meters away from where they were sat.

"there pretty, aren't they"
Joe smiled walking over to her

He wrapped his arms around her lifting her up so she could grab a pink flower for herself and they sat back down on the picnic blanket.

"do you know what I did when I was a kid, with all the crushes I had"
Dianne asked him

"no, what did you do?"
Joe questioned her

Dianne grabbed one of the petals to the flower ripping it off.

"he loves me"

"he loves me not"

She frowned taking off the last petal.

"that means you don't love me"
she giggled but in a sad way

"Dot, I can tell you know for a fact, that I've never loved anyone as much as you"
Joe said making dianne smile

"I love you to"
She smiled shuffling towards him, snuggling down into his side and watching the nature of the park together....
