For the first time ever, I wasn't glaring at everyone at a ball.
And I also wasn't drunk off my ass, and I definitely hadn't sexually harassed anyone.
I am a rehabilitated bitch, people.
Crazy right?
I stood beside Kade, who disgustingly was wrapped in Razor's arms, while they swayed gently to the music floating in the air.
"She looks beautiful" Kade whispered quietly, stunned like the rest of the crowd.
And she wasn't wrong.
Aria did look beautiful.
Her lace gold gown, that expanded into silks of ivory white was absolutely stunning, her white hair was in loose waves down her back, and she honestly looked like a fucking angel.
My sister.
The Queen.
And the only man she could look at was Irian, who looked so completely different in his royal white suit, a golden crown set wickedly crooked atop his head.
The King.
A Knight King.
What was supposed to be a simple coronation, turned into a full on wedding, much to everyone's surprise.
Poor Dad had lost all control and had been openly crying for the remainder of the day.
My ceremony had been an adjustment that he had been able to talk himself threw, but Aria and I? Both married, same day, different dimensions?
Even my Mother was having a difficult time stopping his full on melt down.
"Do you think your Father is feeling better?" Kade asked, a wince already on her face.
It had been hella uncomfy watching our grown Father cry, for all parties who witness.
Andrea stepped up from no where, wedging herself between Kade and I, "he's down to just sniffling, but Moma was able to calm him down" Andrea smirked, "he just tried to bribe me into not marrying Khon."
"Funny to think this all started with him trying to marry us off to begin with" I rolled my eyes.
Andrea snorted, "I think he never really expected it to work out, all signs pointed to you killing your betrothed."
I nodded, it was going to happen too.
My eyes caught a glint of violet from across the room.
My strong husband's smile warmed across his face. His sharp canines screaming nothing but predator, and yet I couldn't help but smile back.
"Who the fuck would have guessed" I whispered, my eyes solely focused on the male across the room.
We had signed the paper's in Father's office, sealed and officiated.
He and I were Husband and Wife, Bounded, and Meraki.
And yet, with all those titles that we held between us, as his eyes caught onto mine and my heart burst in my chest, it simply came down to one thing.
I was his.
And he was mine.
I looked away first, enjoying the warmth of a sharp darkness on the back of my neck.
A promise.
I smirked.
"I saw Kronos leave, right before the coronation" Andrea whispered between Kade and I.
