It had been a month since Ian and Mickey had started dating, no one knew. Ian's family didn't even know Ian was gay actually, mickeys family knew Mickey was gay though. No one cared that he was gay but no one other than Ian and Mickey knew the two boys were together. So almost every day Mickey was over at Ian's house or other way around, 24/7 they hung out. Ian was surprised no one figured it out yet, or so he thought.

Mickey had arrived at the Gallagher's house an hour after, like he said, and the two boys instantly went up to Ian's room. "You know I have a feeling he has a thing with that Milkovich boy" V said taking a sip of her wine, "Yeah but Ian isn't gay" Fiona said back. V just raised her eyebrows, "you sure about that?" which made Fiona just scoff "Come on V he would never keep something like that from me". "Lies" Kevin spoke up which made the two girls look his way, "there is no way Ian could be dating him, they're buddies" she said making both of her friends laugh, "yeah butt buddies" Kevin said which made V snort. Fiona just rolled her eyes, "I'm pretty sure Ian's dating the Milkovich girl, what's her name? Mandy?" Fiona said waving her hand around as she spoke, "Nah. Lips the one involved with Mandy" Kevin said which made Fiona raise an eyebrow in confusion. "Lip?", "yeah I've seen them together a lot more than Ian and Mandy together" V said proving Kevs point. Fiona just sighed, her friends weren't gonna be on her side. "I mean it's like Mickey and Ian are joined at the hip Fi! Together 24/7!" V said taking another sip of wine, Kev just nodded "it's true Fiona, I think you've raised a gay brother" he said chuckling. Fiona just shook her head, "Ian's allowed having a best friend", "who's gay that is" Kevin said. Fiona just scoffed, "what's with your gay theory? Just cause his guy best friend is gay who he's with 24/7 and always talks about every day does not mean he's-", "fi you basically proved our point" V said laughing. Fiona just huffed, "I'm done with this conversation, I need to start dinner. Let me go upstairs and go ask the boys if they want dinner" she said rolling her eyes as Kevin mouthed "butt buddies"

Fiona didn't bother knocking so she opened Ian's door before her jaw dropped and her phone slipped out of her hand onto the ground. It made Ian pull away from Mickeys neck in an instant and stare at his sister in pure shock as well. "What the fuck Fiona!" Ian screamed when he regained control over his body, he stormed over to his door and slammed it into Fiona's face. She blinked a few times before snatching her phone off the ground and running down the stairs to share the news with her best friends.

"Shit, shit, fuck, no" Ian muttered to himself, pacing back and forth in his small room. Mickey stood up and placed his hands on Ian's shoulder, "hey calm down" he said to his boyfriend staring into his nervous eyes. Ian bit his lip harshly making Mickey rub his thumb across Ians bottom lip, "don't do that, it's gonna fuck up your lip" he said smiling softly at his boyfriend. Ian's breath was still fast and he couldn't look at his boyfriend, he was too nervous to. "Hey take a deep breath, it's alright ok? Everything's alright" he said rubbing his thumb against Ian's cheek. Ian's eyes began to water so Mickey just pulled him into a tight hug, "it's ok, your ok. We are ok" he mumbled into Ian's bare shoulder. Ian just took a deep breath and hugged tighter onto his boyfriend.

"We told you!" Kevin said pointing a finger at his best friend, Fiona just scoffed "shut the fuck up Kev". V chuckled, "it was obvious Fiona, no one hangs out with someone that much unless they are married" she said smiling. Fiona just chuckled, "you know what, whatever. Fuck you too" all of them laughed together. "I better get to making dinner, are you guys staying?" She asked the two. V nodded but Kevin shook his head, "gotta get back to the bar but thanks for having us, I'll see you later V" he said kissing her cheek and giving Fiona a hug. He headed out the door a minute later leaving the two woman left in the kitchen, "should one of us go and talk to them?" Fiona asked biting at her bottom lip as she stared up the stairs. V just gestured her hand as a "nah it's fine" sign which Fiona just nodded and started to cook.

"I don't think I ever want to leave this room again" Ian said yanking his shirt back on, Mickey just chuckled and tugged his shirt on too. "Oh come on, I mean at least we both had pants on when Fiona opened the door" Mickey said winking, Ian just scoffed "shut up" Mickey just chuckled.

Once Ian and Mickey were back to normal (ex. Shirts back on) Mickey convinced Ian to go downstairs and eat. "I really don't want to do this Mick" Ian whispered when they headed out of the room, Mickey just kissed his cheek "well sadly we can't stay in your room forever freckles". Ian just sighed and nodded slightly before walking down the stairs with Mickey close behind. "Hey boys!" V said smiling, Ian just gave a small wave and Mickey gave a quick hi. Fiona looked up from the kitchen and smiled at the two, "I made pasta salad, I hope that's ok. There wasn't much in the house", "it's great Fiona thanks" Mickey spoke up which kind of took the Gallagher by surprise. V sat at one side of the table with Fiona and the two boys sat across from them, "dig in" Fiona said smiling. Mickey grabbed some for Ian first giving it to him with a smile, "thanks mick" Ian whispered. He hadn't been able to look at his sister and barely look at V, Mickey then grabbed his serving and started to dig in.

"This is really great Fiona thank you" V said giving her a nudge on the shoulder, Fiona just chuckled. Ian had finished his and stood up to take his bowl to the kitchen, Mickey followed him. Fiona was too caught up in conversation with V to pay attention to Ian and Mickey. "Ian" Mickey whispered grabbing his boyfriends chin to face him, Ian kept quiet not looking into Mickeys eyes. "Listen to me you gotta chill, no one is mad at you. Fiona is fine, you are fine so there is no reason to be ashamed or embarrassed or scared ok?" He said which made Ian look at him, "I said ok?" Mickey repeated himself. "Ok" Ian said quietly, Mickey just smiled and gave Ian a quick peck on the lips before returning to the dining room. Fiona was grabbing the leftovers while V brought the remaining dirty dishes to the sink in the kitchen. "Here let me grab that from you" Mickey said grabbing the bowl from Fiona, Fiona gave him a soft smile "thank you Mickey". Ian sat on the couch in the living room and V sat with him while Fiona and Mickey quickly finished cleaning up. V rubbed Ian's back, "you don't gotta worry bud, no ones judging you" she said seeing Ian's face go a bit more pale, "thanks v". She just smiled, "I told Fiona that I expected this for awhile" she whispered which made Ian give a small smile before Mickey and Fiona entered the room. Mickey sat beside his boyfriend on the couch meanwhile Fiona sat on the couch opposite of everyone. Mickey grabbed Ian's hand and squeezed it to reassure him that they were alright. "So uh you and Ian are a thing?" Fiona finally spoke up, Ian's body went tense but Mickey just smiled. "Yeah, for a month now. I'm surprised none of you noticed sooner to be honest with you" he said which made V and Fiona chuckle. "I mean I tried convincing Fiona that you guys were obviously together but she wouldn't believe it" V said which made Mickey laugh. "So your not mad?" Ian spoke up to which Fiona just laughed, "no I'm not mad at all, why do you think that?" She said genuinely. Ian shrugged, "I kept my sexuality a secret this whole time" , "Ian I don't care what gender you like or who you like, I could care less as long as they treat you right" she said looking over to Mickey. Mickey just nodded to reassure her and she smiled, "thanks Fi" Ian said looking up to his sister, she gave a soft smile "I love you Ian no matter what", "I love you too Fiona"
