Evan, on his break, calls Bradley to remind him about something.
"Uhh, I think we need to.. you know," said Evan, "Tell Mitch about the skeletons?"
Bradley freezes for a bit.
"Ohhh.. yeeaahhhhh... umm.." said Bradley.
"I swear, did you forget about it?" asked Evan, threateningly.
"Maybe..?" said Bradley.
Evan breathes in and out. Then speaks calmly, "Okay, we can still do this. It's not the end of the world, except it is, Bradley!"
"Alright, alright. I messed up. We got that, right?" asked Bradley.
Evan nodded.
"Doesn't mean I'm the only one who screwed up, man," Bradley said.
"Ok. I'll take that but seriously, though," said Evan, "we need to take this info to the king."
They walk to the castle and go to Mitch's room.
"MITCH!" screamed Bradley, "We've got some info."
Brandon cuts in, "What do you mean you have info?"
"We had two groups fighting," said Evan, "One group fighting the skeletons, which for some reason turned on us, and some fighting an unidentified creature."
Mitch then said, "Well, we have some news too."
"What do you mean?" asked Bradley.
"Well," started Mitch, "Felix and Khane came back and said they saw a strange creature, well, Felix saw it.
"Said it was killing a bunch of pigs, they even gave me a sample."
And with that, he pulled from under his desk, a withered porkchop.
"what the..?" whispered Evan silently.
"Our brewers managed to find what damaged the pork. The wither effect," said Mitch, "It's pretty much a way stronger poison, with it being almost impossible to make, having to use stuff like this.."
He jabs an arrow into the withered pork. He pulls it out and it has been stained with black liquid.
"..and there. Decay tipped arrows.
Brandon, come here for a second, and
pull out milk," said Mitch.
Brandon nodded and pulls out a milk bucket.
Mitch jabs him with the arrow and it seems apparant that Brandon is having a hard time.
"AAAAAAHHHHHH!" screamed Brandon.
Brandon chugs the milk and immediately, he started to feel better.
He turns and then they see what happened.
The area where he got stabbed was black. All black.
He then pulls out a Healing II potion and drinks it. It heals him once he is done.
"What the *fork*?" said Bradley.
Evan slaps him for cussing.
"No cussing in technically my home," said Evan.
"Jeez Evan," said Bradley, "Aggressive much?"
"Everyone back to the point," said Mitch.
"Right, sorry," said Evan.
"Okay," said Mitch, "Are we all back on track?"
Everyone nodded.
"Okay," said Mitch, "I need you to leave for a minute, Brandon and Braxton."
Brandon and Braxton nod and walk out of the door.
"As for you two," said Mitch, "wait here for a few minutes. I will call Khane and Felix into the room. We need to talk."
With that, Mitch sits back down on his desk, and in the intercom, you can hear:
CAN KHANE AND FELIX COME TO MY OFFICE, PLEASE.
