The sparks of passion.....

The afternoon drug on at the Barron's gala event, people congregated around the pool, Colin made a quick check of his watch. "We should be leaving soon," Jenna's eyes were fixated on Sasha, the sexy shorts set she wore highlighted her beautiful and sleek legs. "Oh, uh sure," She watched Sasha and Trask stroll away, "Let me visit the ladies room and I'll be ready," She sat her champagne glass down. "I'll tell everyone goodbye," She quickly made her way towards Sasha and Trask she leaned against the side of the arbor watching as she hid behind the tangled vines that hung from it.

"I've had a wonderful afternoon," Sasha told Trask her fingertips toyed with the collar of his neatly starched shirt, "Thank you," He whispered placing his lips to her, Jenna cringed feeling her knees weaken, "Shall I take you home?" He asked, the look in his face deliberate. Sasha pulled back keeping her hands on his chest, "I'm ready," With those words Jenna fled finding Colin she was out of breath, "Are you alright," He slipped her shawl across her shoulders," She grinned nervously, "Why wouldn't I be," Her lips twitched she was losing her grasp on Sasha.

The ride back to the farm was eerily quiet, "I won't be in Dover but a couple of days," He broke the silence in the car. "Yes you told me," She replied arousing her from the thoughts she was having. "Please talk to me," His hand slid over to hers she looked away grimacing. "I'm fine," She cleared her throat, "I think you're bored and lonely here," He added, "I'm not," She got the guts to say. "I could start looking for work in the City," He caught her attention, "This is what you've always wanted," She was somewhat curt, "That's not fair, I've always provided a decent living for the both of us," He wheeled into the driveway, Jenna catching a glimpse of Trask's truck at Sasha's place.

Colin hurriedly gathered his luggage he kissed Jenna's forehead, "I'll call you later," He quickly left, Jenna could feel the tension between them. "Don't leave this way," She raised her voice following him out, "Get it together, stop being jealous of the woman across the street," He slammed the door to the car. Jenna watched him drive away hanging her head low, the pit of her stomach knotted, the lies and deceit that was catching up with her. Jenna raised her head looking back across the road she sulked and cried walking  into the farmhouse.

"Would you like another scotch?" Sasha offered Trask, "No, no thank you," He stood up from the sofa clutching Sasha by the waist he drew her to him his heart thumbed steadily as he kissed her. "Let me stay the night," He intensely gazed at her," She stared back for a brief second, "I barely know you," She stepped back, "And I'm not really sure where this relationship will go," Trask looked away, "We are two adults, I like you a lot and I just want to know you, be with you," He groveled feeling an ache inside. "And I like you too," The tone of her voice kind, but all too familiar to a man in need. "I should go," He grabbed his hat, "I'm sorry," She offered, "But now's not the right time," He swallowed hard, "I'll call you later," He left quietly.

Jenna towel dried her hair watching from the bedroom window, beads of water still clung to her naked flesh she watched Trask leave from the farm. Jenna moaned deeply she quickly finished drying herself off she dressed. Sasha washed the drink glasses turned and leaned against the counter, "God," she murmured, "What a mess," She rustled her hair with her hand. A knock came to the door she didn't want to answer figuring Trask wasn't about to give up. Sasha opened the door, much to her surprise Jenna stood there. "What do you want Jenna?" She quipped, "May I come in?" She asked in earnest, "I asked you not to come back here," She let her in, Jenna closed the door.

Sahsa walked to the window looking out, the sky now dark, "Are you sleeping with him?" Jenna pried, Sasha turned around, Jenna standing front and center to her. "What difference does it make who I sleep with?" There was some aggravation in her voice, "Please," Jenna begged in a word. "We can't keep doing this," Sasha crossed her arms in a huff. "I've never kissed a woman before," Jenna softly blurted, Sasha relaxed, "Neither have I," She whispered, her insides ached for her in a way she had never encountered before. Jenna grasped a lock of Sasha's hair between her fingers she felt the softness of it her heart now in her throat she moved closer, lips trembled as they gently touched each other's. Jenna pulled back, Sasha speechless.
