10 - Jinxed

Aria's POV

I can't help but stare at his well made face. His perfect sharp eyes, his think lips that look really plushy and his soft bouncy hair. Thank you Niel's mum and dad for creating such a beautiful thing.

There's one thing I don't understand though, WHAT IS HE DOING AT MY SCHOOL!?

At least I don't have to daydream about him anymore, I can actually stare at the real thing.

Niel's POV

Hehe, I bet she doesn't understand why I moved to her school. It's not to be creepy, maybe a little but it's because, like I said before, we're having some problems with money. I can see her looking at me once in a while. Then she quickly darts her eyes away when I'm close to looking.

Huh, what an interesting reaction. Then again, I wouldn't be able to see her looking at me without staring either so I guess we're both guilty of watching each other.

Aria's POV

Oooohhhhh, that was close. He almost caught me looking again. This is getting dangerous. I don't know but when I lose focus for like 3 seconds, I'm already looking at Niel again!!

Does that mean I'm subconsciously thinking about him and wanting to always just stare at him?!

Well, he's the first guy I've ever liked and he's sitting in my class. What a fantasy come true. What...I don't dream about him....what are you talking about.....haha.....

He's on my mind 24/7. Maybe it's like 16/7 because I sleep and maybe a tiny bit less since there are some times when I do concentrate on my work but you get the point. I think about him a lot.

I subtly try and sneak a glance at him once more and see him already laughing with other students. I must've been wearing a strange expression because Nicole waves her hand in front of my face.

Quickly nodding at her, I try and concentrate on my work once more. How does Niel do that? He makes it look so easy to make friends. He's sociable, sporty, good looking and he must be smart to get into the ACE class. DAMN IT. He's basically perfect. So unfair....

"What's he doing here?" Nicole whispers loudly. That's right, she whispers loudly.

"I don't know either. I think it's supposed to be a great surprise but I'm not exactly sure how I feel about this," I quickly say defending myself. "I had no part in this, no part."

Nicole rolls her eyes at me getting worked up and continues working.....I should work too.

I know I'm gonna keep looking at him though. I can feel my face slowly getting hotter.

Body....calm down. Don't embarrass me in front of Niel....please.

I sigh relieved that my hard english class is over. Who even thought of having english in the morning? No one can even focus. You can tell when they rest their chins on their hands or they stare at their paper for 10 minutes without touching it.

I wave to Nicole who leaves for her dance class. I have to go to media which by the way is not fun for me with loud roudy people. Not to mention the class is full of boys and I sit with one of the four girls in total.

"Aria!" Coming from behind me, I hear loud footsteps approaching. Turning around, Niel halts to a stop in front of me.

"Niel. First of all I don't know why you're at my school. That's about it actually. What do you want?" I ask returning back to my confused state.
