14 - Studying with Trevis

Aria's POV

"Oh Aria! Welcome home! You seem to be in a good mood today."

"Yeah mum, school was pretty good today," I say in a upbeat tone.

"Did Niel walk you home again?"

"Yeah, he usually does," I blush hiding it from her. "Okay, gotta work now."

I rush off to my room upstairs after throwing my shoes off and just lie on my bed staring up the plain ceiling. It's not really a great pass time but I'm just so relieved and happy that I won't be facing any little troubles at school anymore.

It's not guaranteed that I'll be trouble free but, it's as good as it's gonna get.

I let out a great sigh releasing all the stress and drama from the past. Now to get back to watching YouTube and making up excuses for not doing my homework.

It might just be me but, I find it easier to leave my work until the deadline because I know then, that I will do it since I have to get it finished. Does that even make sense?

Niel: Did you get home okay? Wait I walked you home myself. Aren't you a lucky girl!

I swear you would think Niel is a girl on text if you didn't know beforehand already.

Aria: OMG! Thanks so much!!!!!! Can I get your autograph next time we meet?!?!

Niel: Sure.

Niel: In exchange for the answers to our homework.

Aria: no way.

Niel: No please!!!!!! I can't do this, I've been trying for ages D:

Aria: How long is "ages" exactly?

Niel: ...

Aria: typical.

Aren't our conversations funny? To me they are at least. I mean, the person I like is texting me at the moment so..........yah.

Niel: I'll do anything!!! Please Aria, help me with at least question 5

How do I say this.......

Aria: I haven't even started yet actually.

I hesitate a little before pressing the send button.

Niel: REALLY. IT'S DUE TWO DAYS FROM NOW

Niel: I guess people are really not what they seem.

Aria: well, I'd rather do it later knowing I will from the pressure than worry about it before hand not getting on with it at all.

Aria: like you.

Niel: NOT TRUE.

Niel: I propose we settle this the old fashioned way.

Aria: What way is that??

Niel: We go to the library tomorrow together to finish this stuff.

I don't have any plans tomorrow but let's make it seem like I'm making a hard decision. *evil smirk* Wait 1 more minute....

Aria: Lucky for you, I am available. You're such a lucky guy!! Don't worry, I'll give you my autograph. ;)

Niel: Cool, we can exchange autographs or whatever there.

Niel: See ya

Aria: Alright, bye :)

I turn off my phone and place it on my little wooden desk next to my bed and start hauling myself up to brush my teeth when I get another notification.
