Can A Vampire Love?

"Hanji!"

Eren ran towards the werewolf and his eyes widened when he saw a spot of blood on her waist. He was about to start crying when he felt her hand touch his shoulder "Don't cry Eren. I'm ok. It's just a little scratch. I'll heal soon. How are you?"

"I'm ok. Do you need me to do anything for you?"

The werewolf chuckled and shook her head no in response "That won't be necessary honey. Where's Levi?"

"He's coming. He wanted me to go ahead and check on you."

"I see."

Not to long after the raven haired vampire walked through the doors and into the throne room where Hanji and Eren were standing. Erwin, Oluo, Petra and Eld were behind him as well.

"I want you guys to make sure Eren is safe. Do I make myself clear?"

"Yes sir!" The four of them walked towards Eren and stood next to him while he stared at Levi.

"What are you gonna do?"

"I'm gonna try to convince Pixis that you're not a threat. He's a werewolf and I hate him but he's a man who listens to reason."

"And if he doesn't..."

"I'll kill them. All of them."

The boy gasped and took a step towards Levi
"But what if you get hurt! I wanna go with you!"

"No you're gonna stay in here while I go outside and talk to him! I'll feel better if I know you're here and safe!"

"But..."

"Enough. My word is final. I'll be King soon. You need to respect that."

The brunette clenched his fists and was about to say something else when the doors to the throne room burst open revealing Nile and Pixis as well as their soldiers.

"Damn it..." Levi mumbled and quickly stood in front of Eren as well as his soldiers.

"Give it up Levi. You're completely outnumbered. Just hand over the boy and no one will get hurt."

The raven's fangs stretched out, "Protect Eren." And with that Levi charged at Nile tackling him to the ground. The whole room became a battle field in a matter of seconds, Eren stood there with his fists clenched while everyone else was fighting for his sake. Wasn't there anything he could do?

The brunette was about to go over and help Levi when he noticed a demon charging straight for him, there was sword in his hand and it was pointed right at Eren's heart. The boy shut his eyes preparing for impact but instead he heard a loud scream of pain and his eyes widened when he saw what was in front of him.

"OLUO!!!" Eren watched in horror as Oluo's body made impact with the floor below him and he watched as blood stained the ground.

"No...Oluo..." the brunette kneeled down next to the man's body and blood stained his knees and hands. Tears pricked at his eyes and he clenched his fists,

"Aye kid. Don't cry over me. I wanna see that bright smile. You can smile for me, right?"

The brunette forced the best smile he could causing Oluo to smile as well, "That's better. Keep smiling like that for me. You gotta promise me that alright. And I know it's not the best time right now but there's a little gift for you in my kitchen cabinet. It should prove to be useful. You're a good kid Eren, don't change..." the man's eyes closed and the boy's eyes widened as Oluo coughed up blood and his breathing faded away.

"No! Oluo! Oluo come back! Don't go!"

The young boy felt a wave of heat go through his body and his vision began to change. He looked down at his hands as claws replaced his nails and he felt his teeth grow to fangs. Is this what happens when I feel that heat? Except I'm still in control...

The raven who finally killed Nile once and for all turned around and saw Eren kneeling next to Oluo's body. Levi clenched his fists and then realized Eren was transforming again. Pixis was still standing by the doors and his eyes were directly on the brunette.

"Damn it. EREN! STOP! CONTROL IT!" The raven haired vampire sprinted towards Eren as he watched the boy's wings grow out of his back and his eyes started turning to a golden yellow.

"Marvelous...this will do nicely." Pixis mumbled under his breath. He signaled one of his guards to come over to him and they did as they were ordered, "I want you to shoot the boy with a sleep dart. Do it about 5 times to be sure."

"Yes sir."

Eren stood up from where Oluo's body laid and turned to face the demon that had took his friend's life. "You think you can just kill whoever you want without any consequences. The man you just killed was my friend, he was someone I cared about. But you...you killed him like it was nothing."

The demon took a few steps back but had a smirk on his face "Well it's not my fault he got in the way."

At that moment something in Eren snapped, it was like a long piece of string, good on one end and bad on the other. But now that string has been cut and the brunette has lost control of himself. Levi watched in shock as Eren tackled the demon to the ground digging his claws into the creatures chest.

"Die! You hear me! Just stop breathing and die! You don't deserve to live you Son of a Bitch! You're an animal! No you're a disease!"

"Eren..." the raven walked up to the brunette from behind and went to grab his hand, the young boy reacted by scratching Levi's chest causing the raven to fall to the ground and wince in pain.

The brunette's body and eyes reverted back to their original form and color as he stared wide eyed at what he had done to his lover.

"L-Levi...I...I..." Eren couldn't talk as he watched blood gush out of Levi's wound. The raven coughed up a little blood "Eren I'm ok, it's just a scratch..."

The brunette was about to reply when he felt a sharp pain in his neck and four more followed soon after. He looked to the side and saw a needle in his neck and the other four were on his chest. His head began to spin and everything went dark.

Levi watched wide eyed as Eren's body fell to the floor.
