Haikyuu One shots

~Cookies (Hinata Shoyo) ~

"Hey everyone! I brought cookies!"

I rummaged through my bag and took out the container full of cookies which I baked during my home economics class. Instantly, the team surrounded me as I handed each of them a cookie.

"Mmm! It tastes really good.", Suga-san exclaimed after he took a bite of his cookie.  The other members nodded in agreement.

"I know it's not that much but I want to wish you all good luck, since I can't watch you guys play. "

I felt my cheeks go hot as I felt all of theirs eyes laid on me.They probably got used to me being there to cheer in their matches, I silently pondered to myself. All of them had expressions of shock except Tsukishima, who seemed to not care about the situation and continued to much on the cookie.

"THANK YOU SO MUCH (L/N)!", Tanaka and Nishinoya cried out. I watch them as they both  silently cry whitlist eating the cookie.

"We all appreciate it (l/n)." Daichi patted my back then let out his heart-warming smile. I felt myself smile back in response.

"(F/N)! WHERE DID YOU BUY THESE AMAZING COOKIES!? " Hinata exclaimed, looking like a kid who had the permission to play in the bouncy house.

"Actually, I didn't buy them, I made them.", I pointed out. His eyes widened then his jaw dropped open. I saw bits of cookie fell out of his mouth. I held in a tiny laugh. What a cute reaction, I mused.

"HINATA BOKE! " Kageyama screamed then slapped him on the back. Instinctively, Hinata winced for a moment then glared at him.

"What's wrong in showing my amazement?", Hinata questioned with his eyebrows furrowed.

Suddenly, the tension between the two grew stronger as if there's a thunderstorm approaching the area.

"Hey, now's not the time for you guys to fight." Suga-san stepped in between both of them before anything worse could happen.

"Fine, thanks for the cookies." Kageyama started to walk away whitlist munching on the cookie.
I turned to face Hinata who's shaking with fury.

"That guy irritates me...", he silently mumbled to himself.

"But then," he began then turned to face me his face emotionless.

"YOUR COOKIES ARE AMAZING!", Hinata shot me one of his radiant smiles. Huh? I was momentarily dazed either from the sudden change of topic or his smile.

"This made me realized on how reliable and thoughtful you are. You were always busy but somehow you managed to help the team in so many ways that I've lost count.", He speculated as he pursed his lips in a tight line.

"What I'm trying to say is, Thank you (f/n)!" He smiled again but this time I've noticed the crumbs on his cheeks. Without thinking, I brushed it away with my thumb.

"You're welcome.", I said then chuckled a bit upon seeing Hunata's expression. His face turned bright red then he muttered something that I didn't quite understand.

"I'm sorry, the crumbs made you look like an elementary kid."

"An elementary kid!?", he echoed. The flustered expression was immediately replaced with a look of disappointment. From a far, I heard Tsukishima laugh.

"I'm still growing okay! One day I'll grow taller and make you think of me as a man." Hinata puffs his chest, determination flashed in his eyes.

"Eehhh? Probably you'll turn into some monkey." Tsukishima smirked at the direction of Hinata. Obviously, he tried to rile  up the orange head and it worked like a charm.

"You'll find out..." Hinata twitched in anger, ready to throw a punch at the salt boy.
