A/N: The song above is the song that will be played when you dance with Ushijima.

With my hand intertwined with boyfriend, I felt a chill run down my spine as we enter the gym.

My last dance as a high schooler.

The mere idea of going to college soon gave a pang of sadness in my heart, knowing that this will be the last time to experience this kind of event.

"I'll go meet with my friends." He said then pecks me on the cheek.

"Sure, I'll be waiting for you at the punch bowl."

I watch his figure slowly disappear through the crowd of students. Staring down at the puffy dress I'm wearing, I felt a sigh escape from my mouth.

These heels are a pain, I thought as I approached the food table.

After grabbing a drink, I decided to take a seat near the table for my boyfriend to spot me easily. The drink on my hand seemed to disappear as I stare at the crowd of dancing students, waiting for him to return.

"(l/n)?"

A tall figure stops in front of me, seemingly dazed as he blinked his eyes a couple of times.

"Ushijima?!" I stood up, taking a closer look at him. "I almost didn't recognize you, wearing a tux and all. "

The captain lets out a chuckle after seeing the expression on my face.

"Same. It's kind of shocking to see you in a dress, a very feminine dress."

"What are you trying to say?" I puffed my cheeks as I crossed my arms.  "Like, I wasn't feminine at all?"

"No, it's nothing like that. I meant that the dress looks good on you."

I raised an eyebrow at him, as if saying ' are you sure?'. A tiny smile then appears on his mouth as he nods his head.

"Fine, you look good too," I stated as bluntly as I could.

"Thank you."

I found myself staring at the dance floor, trying to search for my boyfriend.

No luck, he's probably at the corner of the gym.

"Do you want to dance?" Seeing me glance at the crowd behind him, he offers his hand.

"Um, sure." Snapping out of my thoughts, I accepted it as he led me to the dance floor.

The blasting pop changed to a slow music, perfect for couples to dance to. Gripping my hand with his, he awkwardly sways to the music, like my grandma's old rocking chair. The surrounding couples eyed him, the expression on their faces were priceless.

When playing volleyball, he looks like this magestic eagel that soars into the sky.

I felt myself giggle at his stiffness.

But dancing is another thing.

"Here, let me help." I temporarily took in as the lead, teaching him simple steps to dance to the music.

Left step, close. Front step, close. Right step, close. Back step, close. Repeat.

I could feel his grip loosen a bit as he got used to the steps. The surroundings around us blurred, it felt as if we were the only one on the dance floor.

"So," I started off, my feet still dancing through the steps I've taught him. "What made you decide in joining the dance?"

"I just thought," A sigh escapes from his mouth. "I'll give this a try since it'll be my last chance to do it."
