(F/n) sighs as she watches the boy set the ball to his rowdy team member.

Akaashi Keji, setter of the boy's volleyball team.

Sweat was slowly trickling down his face as he did a thumbs up to one of his members. There was something cool about him that made her heart pound in her chest as the butterflies flutter in her stomach. The way he moves, looks, talks, every single aspect of him seemed to mesmerize the girl.

The pencil on her hand seemed to move in its own, sketching out beautiful figure of him setting the ball. Ever since she saw him, she couldn't draw anything else but him. It's as if he's the only thing that's left in this world.

"Wow! Is that -" The person behind her leans closer to scan the sketches.

"It's Akaashi! HEY AKAAA-"

After realizing who was talking, (f/n) turned around and covered Bokuto's big mouth with her hand. The setter stares at their direction, his cool eyes seemed to pierce through her heart.

"Bokuto-san?" He questions, slightly tilting his head to the side.

"Oh, it's nothing!"  She lets out a nervous laugh. "He just found out that what word could fit in the crossword puzzle I'm solving."

"I see." A tiny smile forms on his mouth which made her heart skip a beat.

She turns to Bokuto, her grim expression on her face seemed to make him visibly sweat.

"Don't tell him." She puts her hand down. "In return, I'll treat you something, anything."

Lucky for her, the captain agreed fully-heartedly. His eyes sparkled, knowing what he would get once the time comes.

"Bokuto!" One of his team member yells, waving at their direction. "The practice match is going to start!"

The captain yells back, saying that he would be there in a moment. He turns his head, giving the girl a wide grin before walking to the court where their team seemed to be discussing about something.

Sitting on the bleachers, (f/n) 's eyes were glued to Akaashi as  her hands clutched her sketch pad close to her her chest.
Most people would approach their crush, but for her, she was fine with admiring him from a far.

Admiring from afar, that sounds like shoujo manga title.

A loud sound echoes in the gym, making the girl snap out of her thoughts. Apparently, Bokuto had scored a point for the team and is yelling out his usual 'hey, hey, HEY' with a large grin on his mouth.

"Um, excuse me?" Somebody tapped (f/n) 's shoulder lightly, trying to grab her attention.

She turned her head and found a girl fidgeting with her own fingers, her cheeks pink. She had her hair tied up in a messy bun and wore the same uniform as her so it was safe to assume that she is a student from here.

" I'm Fujimori Rei, first year." She puffed her cheeks as  clenched both of her hands. "Help me become better in drawing, please!"

She bowed, shocking (f/n) in the process. Well, she did win in a lot of art competitions but she never  really thought  that one day a person might approach her for advise.

"Sure, I can help."

Rie looked up, her eyes sparkling with excitement. She scooted closer beside (f/n), who suddenly felt uncomfortable on how close she sat beside her.

"Can I see your sketch pad?" She questions, eyeing it as if it's some sort of masterpiece.

"You can, but-" (f/n) clenched the pad with both of her hands as she shot her a look full of seriousness. "Promise me that you won't tell anyone that you've seen my work."
