Nephrite was in the open courtyard of her quarters shooting arrows her retinue behind her,her mind on her kingdom and the seige upon it,how dare anyone accuse her kingdom of blasphemy??? All her life she has been taught to believe in the Supreme Maker and the twelve gods and goddess.
Her servant replaced the arrow as she shot it. "Blasphemy??"she muttered in anger. Ever since she heard the news she denied herself of food,water and kept the Elibe fast on the twelve gods and the supreme maker.
Earlier Jeri Jin came to her quarters and broke the news of her infidelity.
Sybil approach the princess who was engrossed in her practice, the servants bowed.
"Princess Nephrite??"
The princess stop and face the chief dual,she smile and sigh.
"Why do you want to bring harm to yourself??"Sybil ask in a cool voice
"And what do you expect me to do?? Sit and watch the annihilation of my people?? No!!"she shook her head
"King Geezer entourages will be arriving at night and you're expected to meet him"Sybil told her
Nephrite scoffs, "king Geezer? The man who wants to eradicate my entire clan??"she shook her head, what was she going to do???
"And what do you plan to do now my princess?"Sybil ask in a quiet voice.
"I will partition his sovereignty"she answer in a low voice
Sybil stare at her shocked,is the princess thinking right?? "Partition??? When?? Where???"
"At the royal Sanhedrin".
"What??????"
Sybil asked shocked. What Nephrite planned to do not human in Babylon or the world has ever done so.
"Nephrite!! Think again it will get you killed", Sybil shouted. Nephrite scoff,die?? When the supreme maker is not sleeping.
"That's the only thing that can be done"she calmly state. "No woman on Earth has ever interfered with the Sanhedrin to partition"Sybil argued.
Nephrite laugh, "but you see chief dual,I am not just any woman I am Nephrite of Medea the princess of Babylon. If I don't do it who will? I can't sit back and watch the annihilation of my people. I can't!!!",she shot another arrow with anger running through her veins.
Sybil saw that convincing th woman was a waste so she sigh,"very well"she took Nephrite hands and look into the princess golden orb "blessed be the womb from which you were conceived. May the Lord grant you your request"Sybil told her. Nephrite smile weakly.
"Your highness"sigma bow her way in, "king gezeey retinue just arrived Babylon". Nephrite nods, "thank you sigma. Alias???"she called.
"Yes,your highness?"alias bows awaiting her orders.
"Prepare me".
While her servants dressed her to meet the king Nephrite started feeling nervous and sweating all over. In all history of Babylon no one has dared to interfere with the Sanhedrin and to make it worst she was just a woman. If the king rejects he surely she would be thrown in the burning furnace in respect of whether she was betroth or not. "My princess you are ready",alias announce bowing. she too was trembling with the princess decision. Nephrite nods and face the big mirror, she sighed and stare back at her reflection. Was she making a mistake?? What if the king rejects her??? Her thought was cut short as her wards rushed in.
"Oh mother please don't go", Lada cried jumping on her. "What did I tell you about crying??"Lilith chided her sister when inside she was crying too and hard.
