Havana's P.O.V.

Skylar left with her group about twenty minutes ago, taking the smaller and weaker ones with her. I couldn't help but notice the two girls that clung to her side like lost dogs, following her every move and order. It was interesting really, barely one day in and she's already been marked.

"Momma, are you okay?" Lana asks, her young face laced with concern. "Did that mean lady kiss you again?"

A smile etches across my face as I try my best to hold in my laughter. "Ha. No, I'm alright sweetheart. That mean lady didn't give me cooties, so don't worry about me okay?"

She just smiles up at me before running back to her friends, her red head bobbing through the crowd. Sighing, I finally take in the long corridor that we've been walking down for who knows how long. How in the hell did Peyton manage to get all of this built right under our noses? Was it installed when Skylars mom first started constructing it or-

"Yes. Her mother wanted a safe place for all werewolves to learn, if they were ever rejected by humans. It was a great idea really." Peyton admits without looking back at me. "You're a loud thinker."

Smiling to myself, I continue taking in the crumbling yet durable walls. The dim lights reflecting off of the cream white walls gives a mysterious yet welcoming feeling. The group, slowly moves closer to the destination, the chattering never stopping. It seems the more we descend the closer they huddle together. Looking up, I notice that Lana and some of the other kids are holding hands, shaking. Something foreign inside me bubbles up, and my wolf urges that I be by their side. So I go.

"M-Mama, were a-are we?" Lana asks as she latches onto my arm, squeezing my hand for comfort. Her green eyes, slowly filling with unshed tears. Scooping her up, I hold her tightly, trying my bet to assure her that she's safe. The others, who are trying to hold themselves together, look just as bad as she does.

"You guys, we'll be alright. This is Rose's house! She'll protect us, she always has!" A young, familiar voice chimes in, keeping her head high as she tries to convince the others that this is the safest place they can be and I smile. Becky has always been so fond of Skylar, ever since the day she joined our pack. Her and her brothers followed her like puppies and when she didn't push them away, they practically annexed her into their family. Lana, who's crying immediately stopped after Becky started speaking, carefully jumps out of my embrace and walks over to Becky, whipping away some stray tears.

"Who are you?" She asks, her face still red from crying.

Becky smiles and they begin their own conversation, talking with the others and making them forget any fear that had plagued their small frames. The rest of the pack seems to have calmed down as well, with the help of Peyton and Scars words of encouragement.

That's how we walked, Peyton drifting in the back, speaking with the older members, Scar and Claire in the front and me in the middle with the younger kids and teenagers. Then we came to an oak door, stilling all of our movements, Peyton the only one that continues to weave her way through the crowd. Once she is in the front, I notice the unmistakable glint of a key just before she inserts it into the door, unlocking it with such caution and care. We all stayed still, waiting for her to say something, to do something. Then she opens the door.

The place is like a mansion underneath a mansion. The halls we huge and doom shapped, leaving enough room for gods to walk through and still have enough room to walk side by side with one another. The floors, marble, were pure white, reflecting the purest of images that I had ever seen. Paintings of the moon and wolf goddess were plastered on almost ever wall, emitting a sense of pride from deep within me. This is the work of my mates mother. Genius. There were two more levels beneath the level that we started on, the first being only for the children and teens.

"Havana, Scar, you guys will stay up here with the kids. The younger ones will just be here for day care and what not but those nine to eleven will have to learn about when they are expected to transform and all of the feelings and urges they will have. The rest will have to learn about mates, origins and the whole rigamarole. Is that fine with you?" Peyton asks after she had already planned everything out. With a smile I nod my head, glancing in Scar's direction who does the same.

"Excellent. Oh and Ann will be down here to help you out. She will teach the older students so you guys just worry about the toddlers and kids, okay?" With another nod, Scar and I decide that I'll stick with the younger ones while she teaches the others about transforming.

Soon after, Ann comes bustling through the corridor, wiping her hands on her apron before Becky and her brothers attack her in a hug.

"MOMMY!" They yell in unison. She smiles, hugging them all before getting serious.

"I'll see all of my after class is over, okay?" Nodding their heads, they rush back over to the younger kids group. "Alright. Who ever is twelve or older, come with me." She doesn't even wait for them as she turns on her heels and heads for an average size classroom, with about six students following her.

Scar left with her students around left same time Ann left with hers, leaving me with Ann's three kids, Lana, Melanie and Rocco. After looking for about ten minutes, we find a class that is for for children. Coloring utensils are on every table. There is a separate playing area in the back the resembles a small play ground, which sends the kids into overdrive.

Six hours. Six hours of six hyperactive werewolves running around the room, tripping and hurting themselves but refusing to give up. Meaning that I had to chase them down to make sure they were alright but they insisted that I was the monster and instead ran away from me while I was trying to help them. This all lasted for six whole hours until try all tired themselves out and laid down for naps.

Resting back in my seat, my head throbbing from all the running and screaming. Closing my eyes, I hear the door open but immediately relax as my wolf prances around inside me.

"You are the real MVP." Sky coos before placing a small kiss on my forehead. She silently pulls a chair next to me, sitting down and draping her arm across my shoulders. Instinctively, I'm drawn to her warmth, letting out a long, aggravated sigh as I lean my head on her shoulder.

"These kids will be the death of me." She let's out an angelic giggle and kisses my forehead once more.

"You'll survive hun, I know it."

Before we can continue, Becky and Lana are up and in Sky's face.

"Rose!" Becky shouts, waking all of the other children. Great. Her brothers jump onto Sky's back, giggle all over the place.

"That's Rose?!" Lana points at Skylar in pure astonishment.

Sighing yet again, I massage me temples. This will be an everyday thing.
