Chapter 27

*4 weeks later*
I woke up and got ready for school. I changed and went downstairs to eat breakfast. "Hey sweetie." My mom said. "Hey." I said and sat down at the table. I quickly ate then went to school. I got to school and went where my friends were. "Hey." "Hey Abi." We continued talking then Sam came and put his arm around me. "Hey princess." He said and gave me a kiss. "Hey." I said and smiled.

We got out of school and then Sam came to my house. We laid in bed until we fell asleep. I woke up at 3 in the morning because I felt a pain in my stomach. I took off the blanket and saw blood all over my sheets. "Sam! Wake up!" I said with tears falling down my face. "You have to take me to the hospital right now" I said getting up. "Oh my god! What happened?" "I don't know please just hurry." He picked me up and ran downstairs. He sat me in the car and he drove to the hospital. "Help please!" Sam said carrying me into the emergency room. A nurse came out and helped me to one of the rooms. They wouldn't let Sam come, and I was freaking out. Doctors rushed in and they gave me something to put me to sleep.

"Abi?" I heard someone say. I opened my eyes, turned and saw my mom, dad, brother, and Sam. "Is the baby ok?" "Sam got you here just in time. If not you wouldn't be having a baby." My mom said and kissed my forehead. "Why did that happen? Did I do something wrong?" I asked. "The doctor will be here soon and will explain everything. Just relax." My dad said and I nodded. The doctor came in and he started talking, "Hey Abigail. How are you feeling?" "I'm feeling ok." "Ok well you were very close to having a miscarriage. Luckily your boyfriend got you here just in time." "But did I do anything wrong in order for this to happen?" I asked while I was playing with my fingers. "No, this had nothing to do with anything you did. Things like this happen for various reasons. Your baby is fine now." He said and I nodded. "When could she be released?" My dad asked. "We want to keep her here over night to make sure everything stays on track. So tomorrow evening" The doctor said. My dad said ok and then the doctor added, "Make sure you get rest and you're going to be on bed rest for a few days." The doctor said and I nodded. "Thank you." I said as he walked out. "Sam can you lay with me please." I asked and he nodded. I scooted over and he laid next to me. "I love you babe" He said and gave me a kiss. "I love you too." I said and laid my head in his chest. My parents and Aidan went down to the cafeteria. "What happened baby girl?" Jack asks rushing over to me. "I'm fine but, my baby almost died" I say and a tear slips down my face. "Your baby's ok though, right?" he asks and I nod. "Don't cry princess your okay" Jack says pulling me into a hug. I cried into his chest. "It's okay baby, your okay" he says. I calmed down, "Where's everyone else?" Sam asks, "They're downstairs eating" "Did you eat?" "No I'm fine" "Jack go eat" "No I'm fine" "Babe did you eat?" I ask Sam "Yeah" "Your lying go eat" "I'm not hungry" "Babe please eat" "I'll tell the guys to bring us food" "Thank you" I say "Thank you Sam, for saving my baby" I say and kiss Sam. "Of course baby" Sam says and kisses my cheek.

There was a knock on the door and everyone walked in with balloons, teddy bears and flowers. "Aww guys" I say and they come over to my bed and hug me. "You guys should be at school" "How could we be at school when your in the hospital?" Natasha says. "Thank you guys" "Johnson wheres my food?" Sam asks. "Here" he says and hands Jack and Sam a box each. "Yess thanks" Sam says opening the box. They stayed for a while, "I have to go I'll see you soon" Gabi says getting up with Natasha. "Bye thank you guys" I say as Johnson, Mike and Aidan get up to leave. "Bye love you" Natasha says hugging me, "Love you too". They hugged me and said bye, "Bye cutie!" Mike called out. "Bye babe!" I say back laughing. Jack and Sam stayed. "I'm gonna go get something to eat babe, do you want anything?" Sam asks getting out of bed, "No I'm fine the nurse said to buzz in when I get hungry" "Ok. Jack do you want anything?" "Nah bro I'm fine thanks" "Ok I'll be back. I love you" "I love you t-" I say and Sam crashes his lips into mine. "I love you too" I say smiling and he leaves. I scooted over and Jack sat next to me on the bed. "How are you feeling princess?" Jack asks wrapping his arm around my neck and pulling my head closer to his. "I'm better thanks" I say "I miss hanging out with you" he says kissing my cheek. "I do too" I say and wrap my arm around his stomach. We started talking about random things and Sam walked in.
