I walked back into the house and went straight to my room, I really liked Cameron and I wanted our relationship to go somewhere. I laid in bed with the covers over me. I heard my door open and close and someone laid next to me, I knew it was Sam. "You ok babe?" He asked. "I'm fine" I said. I turned around to face him, "What happen out there?" He asked. "We broke up." "I'm sorry." He said and kissed my forehead. "Can you go get Alyssa please?" "Yeah I'll be right back." He said and got out of my bed. I sat up and waited for him to come back, "Mommy" Alyssa said clapping as Sam came into the room carrying her. He put her on my lap and I gave her a kiss. "I love you." I said and kissed her cheek a bunch of times. She giggles and started moving around. "Mommy." "You guys are really cute" Sam said and sat next to me. "Do we look alike?" I asked and put Alyssa closer to my face. "Twins." He said and I smiled. "Sammy." She said and crawled over to him. "Let's teach her how to walk." I said and sat on the floor. Sam carried Alyssa to the floor and put her down. "Ok Alyssa you're going to walk." I said and put her on her feet. I held her hands and I started moving back which made her move forward. She fell and started giggling. "Abi can I ask you something?" Sam asked. "Yeah what's up?" I said and sat Alyssa on my lap. "Why did you and Cameron break up?" "Oh.. well he knew there was history between us two. So when he called he got mad at me for being with you. When he came back he apologized, but I told him we kissed because he had to know, then he thought that I still had feelings for you so he decided that we should be friends instead." I said. "Well is it true?" "Is what true?" "That you still have feelings for me." "I mean, I'm always going to have feelings for you Sam. You've been here for me through everything even though you've made a few mistakes. But yeah I guess I do." I said and looked at him smiling. "Then why don't we try us again?" "Because Sam we've tried too many times, I just can't trust you anymore. It gets to a point when you have to come to the conclusion that it won't work." I said and looked down. "I don't want to come to that conclusion." "Sam you live in Florida now! I live in Nebraska. That's a problem. You've cheated on me multiple times, that's a problem. You are gonna start going to parties, that's a problem. Too many problems" "Would some of those problems go away if I come back?" He asked. "Sam! You are NOT going to leave FSU to come back over here. It's a great school! If you come back for me, I will be so mad at you!" "Abigail I want to be with you." He said. "Sam I want to be with you too. Maybe when you finish college, and you come back, we can see." "No. Promise me when I finish college and I come back that you will be with me." "Sam I don-" "Abigail you said you would always have feelings for me" "That's a big promise." "Please." "I promise." I said and he smiled. "Good." He said and pecked my lips. "You can't kiss me!" I said laughing. "Why not?" "We aren't dating yet! Four more years!" I said and smirked. "You think I can wait for years to kiss you? I can't so I'm going to kiss you until we date. Then when we start dating, it'll get better." He said and winked. I shook my head and smiled.
