Chapter 44

Today I have to go to the doctor again to check my depression level and to make sure everything is ok. I haven't been feeling depressed lately so I'm hoping everything looks good. "Mom you're gonna watch Alyssa right?" I asked and she nodded. "Ok thanks." I said and handed her Alyssa. Alyssa started crying, "Baby I'll be back soon." I said and kissed her. "Bye mom love you. Alyssa please stop crying before I get sad." I said and kissed Alyssa again. I walked out of my house and over to Sam's. I knocked on the door and Emily answered. "Hey how are you?" "Hey good and you." "Good how's Alyssa?" "She's good, growing so quickly" I said and she laughed, "I haven't seen her in a while, is she with your mom?" "Yeah." "Ok I'll go over. Sam's in his room." "Ok thank you." I said and she started walking towards my house. I walked upstairs, "Sammy let's go." "Coming." He said and walked out of his room. We went downstairs and got in his car. We got to the doctors and I signed in. "Abigail Hernandez." One of the nurses called after waiting for a little. She lead us to one of the rooms. She asked me questions and then they took my blood pressure and did a blood test. "Ok the doctor will be here shortly." She said. "Thank you." I said and she walked out. We waited and the doctor finally came. "Ok so you're depression has gone down massively. Its amazing, almost 90% since the last time I saw you. That's great for such a short period of time." He said and I smiled. He continued talking, "So you can go to the front and make you're next appointment." He said. "Ok thank you so much." I said "No problem have a nice day" He said and walked out. "Thats great babe." Sam said hugging me as we walk and kissed my cheek. We went to the front and I made my next appointment. We walked outside and Sam and I were holding hands. "Good job baby" Sam says wrapping his arm around my neck and pulling my closer to him kissing the side of my head. I smiled, "Thank you Sam" "For what?" he asks. "For being here for me. I've been happier ever since we started dating again" "Aw baby I love you" she says kissing my lips before we get into the car. We got in the car and Sam drove. It was quiet besides the music softly playing in the back. I had my leg up and I was looking out the window. "Babe what's wrong" Sam asks playfully slapping my thigh. "Nothing babe" "Are you sure" "Yeah" I say smiling and continue looking out the window. We got to Sam's house and he ran around to my side. He pulled me into a tight hug, "Babe" I say laughing hugging him back. "What's up?" "I love you" he says and kisses me with his arms around my neck and mine one his hips. "I love you too" I say and kiss him again. "Relationship goals! Okay Samuel lets go" "Really Emily?!" Sam say angrily rolling his eyes after pulling away from the kiss. "Sam" I say slapping him and laughing. "We were kind of in the middle of something" "Yeah I noticed. Come on" "Why?! What are we doing?" "Babe calm down" "We're going to dinner for Ronny's birthday" Sam rolled his eyes. "I'll see you later babe" Sam says and kisses me again. "I love you. I'll call you later" "Ok I love you too" I say and he pecks my lips again. I went inside and took Alyssa upstairs with me. I fed her, burped her and bathed her. I changed her into her pjs and put her to sleep. Incoming call from Sammy💘. "Hey" "Babeeee!!!" "What" "Can you come to dinner with me. ok be ready in an hour, love you" he says and hangs up. I laughed and laid Alyssa in her bed. I showered and changed into (picture) curled my hair and did my make up. I turned on the baby monitor and grabbed my phone and a clutch, "Mom I'm going out to dinner. Alyssa's asleep, can you watch her please" "Yeah of course have fun sweetie be safe" I walked next door to Sam's house and knocked on the door. Lori answered the door. "Hi sweetie" she says hugging me, "Sam's upstairs getting ready" "Thank you" I say and walk upstairs. I knocked on the door and Sam opened it in his boxers. "Hey cutie" I say kissing him and hitting his chest. "Your early" "Yea" I say smiling and sit at his desk. He got dressed and sat on his bed and I sat next to him. Everyone finished up and they called us down. We got into the car and drove to the restaurant. Sam said hi to his family and introduced me to the few I didn't know. We all ate dinner and then we went back to his house. "I'm so tired." I said and laid on his bed. "You're lazy babe" "Ouch, that hurt my feelings" I said joking around. He kissed my cheek and I smiled. "I'm gonna miss this when you leave." I said and he pouted. "Why'd you have to bring that up?" "Sorry." I said and he kissed me, "I love you ok." "I love you more ok." I said mocking him. He started laughing and we laid in bed for a little. "I'm gonna go home." I said and got out of his bed, "No stay." "But Alyssa-" "Is sleeping, you can go back tomorrow morning." He said. "Fine, can I borrow a shirt?" "Yeah" He said and got up. He threw me a shirt and I changed. I laid back down and he pulled me closer to him.
