The next morning Caleb is the first to wake up.
He stands up and goes to the kitchen to drink water. On his way he yawned and stretched his arms all the time
"already awake?" Finn appears behind him
"hey man, you scared me" he chuckles
"by the way yes, it's one of my habits" Caleb turns to his friend
"and you? Why are you already here?" Caleb asks
"same problem" Finn laughs to his friend that is smiling to him
"So..." Caleb approaches to Finn and leans his arm on his shoulder
"How did you seem this night? You know, with friends" he jokes on the last word and winks to his friend
"Yeah- what?! What do you mean with that wink" Finn answers and laughs accentuating "wink" word
"Oh dear friend, nothing but you know I've seen how you were sleeping with our friend Millie" he smiles to Finn, provoking his friend
"Caleb"
"Yeah?"
"This means nothing" Finn smiles to his friend, pretending everything happened this night
"this night was really cold and... And she couldn't sleep so I thought to place her close to me s-so she would had more hot, okay?"
he says still pretending everything to his best friend: Finn and Millie decided this and it's so, he won't say anything!
"She is in love" Caleb looks in front of him, with the glass at his mouth
"what?!"
"You're stupid man" Caleb says

"Finn" Caleb gives him a serious look
"you're stupid because she has a big crush for you and everyone knows"
"Caleb-" he places in front of his friend
"no Finn shut up! Oh c'mon, do you really wanna lose her? Um? Finn, my friend"
he lays his hand on his shoulder
"you have to understand what you want because of course she will find someone else. I'm saying this for you" he sighs

"Have you seen what happened with me?"
"um what? What are you talking about?" Finn looks him with worried eyes
"Don't you notice?" Caleb raises his head to him
"with... Sadie" he sighs again and bows his head
"I think I don't have possibilities anymore"
"Hey what you're saying c'mon" he laughs to comfort his friend, but he really thinks there is nothing to worry about
"She is talking with someone" he raises his head to look at him

"Yeah Finn, she is talking with someone. I waited a lot, we even talked about our feelings but look how much stupid I am"
Caleb talks with a defeated voice
"But why Cal? Why you waited s-"
"Fear... Damn fear Finn" Caleb looks at him with sad eyes, he really feels something big for Sadie
"But I don't understand" suddenly Finn says
"What?"
"Why is she talking with someone if you-"
"Finn Finn Finn... Girls don't wanna wait a life and it's right... They're right Finn"
he moves to take another glass of water
"Caleb i think you're wrong about Sadie"
Caleb turns back to look his friend
"what do you mean?"
"Well... What I saw this night um I don't think it's nothing"

"hear me" Finn starts
"I think she still feels something for you"
"Why are you saying this?" he laughs but a little part of him believes in his words

Both laugh because of the memory of the electricity between Max and Lucas
"okay, now I'm serious. I really noticed something, it's impossibile this your thing is finished, I can't believe it"
"I'm sorry for you man because it's just so"
"how do you say it? How can you? Caleb you're great, so funny, you're an amazing person, she really can't ask more, you're so great and I admire you so much so don't give up because I'm sure with just little things and you can win her over"
Finn says with a smile to reassure his friend in front of him

Finn lays his hands on his shoulders

he talks with his smile that makes Caleb happy who is hearing genuinely at him and he reciprocates with a smile so grateful to have a friend like him
"And you?" suddenly Caleb says
"about what?" Finn looks at him with a weird gaze
"you with Millie" he says with a big smile
"what about you and Millie?"
"Don't worry man! Don't worry okay? I... I have my time"
he says but Caleb doesn't believe at him for his gaze
"are you hiding something Finn?"

"Ummm I don't know"

"good morning guys!" Sadie shouts followed by Millie, two girls appear with a big smile on their faces.
