【An act of kindness?】 Demon Slayer Fanfiction

The demon and his family

[PoV: Muichiro Tokito]

During our battle with the village's chief, who seemed to be the demon we're hunting, a girl came rushing, that interrupted our fight.

The demon chief called this girl 'Hina', and it looks like to me, this girl is it's daughter. She was also the same girl who was telling me to leave, earlier it seems.

" No! This isn't you! This isn't what we're supposed to be! I didn't want for it to be like this..! "
The girl named Hina shouted, finally releasing her true emotions to her father.

She went our of control, and, at some point, something felt odd about her.

Until, the demon right next to me, Nezuko, started acting hostile towards her. I knew something was up, and, Hina's appearance turned into something different. She can no longer be considered as a human, Hina is-

[PoV: Reader]

Muichiro was sent flying into one of the houses, as the monstrous looking girl screamed in rage. Hina is a demon, and she was far stronger than her father was. Nezuko ignored the other demon, and focused on defeating the demon girl right before her.

" You became a demon too right?! You should understand too, right?! "

Hina asked Nezuko, but she didn't respond. Nezuko proceeded to jump and try to land a kick on Hina. But she was blocked, Hina is defending herself, without her even moving. Nezuko was thrown away into the ground, she stood up, and attempted to scratch her with her sharp nails.

Even so, Hina was drowning in her rage, and couldn't control it. She caused destruction everywhere, even the other villagers were injured because of her.

Muichiro stood up and ran towards the two demons. He raised his sword and performed the Mist Breathing's fifth form and continuously slashed Hina.

" No! Get away! Don't kill me! "

Hina unleashed a row of spikes towards Muichiro. The swordsman raised his sword to deflect some of the spikes and continued to go after Hina.

While the demon was busy releasing spikes, Nezuko was sneaking behind Hina and scratched her back. Nezuko held both of the demon's arms, giving way for Muichiro to cut off her neck.

Hina struggled, and resisted Nezuko's hard grasp, until she released another row of spikes towards Nezuko. But before Nezuko could let go, Muichiro was already going after her neck.

" Mist Breathing: First form, Hanging sky, distant mist! "

He directly slashed deep into Hina's neck, and smoothly cut it off. Hina's head now lies in the ground, as her helpless body wiggled around without her head attached.

" HINAAA!!! "

The other demon, the village chief shouted the demon girl's name in sorrow. He ignored the risk of getting slain by the demon slayer near them, and ran towards his daughter. The man embraced his dying child in his arms, and tears started falling down from both of their eyes.

" Hina, I'm sorry... I've been a failure as your Father! "

He confessed all of his misdeeds to his daughter, still, he can never deny that she has been slain. Hina's body started fading, and, soon enough, her head as well. But, before that, she wanted her Father to hear what she has to say to him.
